outfit Skype’s software reading their BIOS and motherboard serial
number.Over here, one bloke who runs 64-bit versions of Windows, spotted a strange dialogue box which says “the program or feature “??C:Documents and SettingsMyriaLocal SettingsTemp121.com” cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows.”
In other words your phone is trying to run a .com file, which doesn’t work that well in Win64 because there’s no NTVDM.
Thinking that getting an unreadable executable file coming from Skype sounds interesting, he opened the file up to see what it was. It is 46 bytes long and includes the phrase

Now, as any fule kno, that is a catchy programming phrase designed to dump your system BIOS, which usually includes your motherboard’s serial number, and send it to the Skype Mothership.
The bloke was unsure what the hell Skype would want that information for. He points out that if it weren’t for that pesky Windows 64 not having an NTVDM they would have gotten away with it.

What I distinctly recall about this experience is how tired I felt even in my lighter, Pleiadian form, and how it was laborious to even take a step. I was thinking that I was so worn down by this Human experience I had somehow found myself in. I felt stuck. Trapped. To whoever could hear my words I was crying out that I wanted it to be over;” it’s too hard; I’m a Newbie and I’ve only done this one other time; the body is too heavy, the culture is too harsh and I want to go home. nature. If you have religious icons or enjoy background music, candles
or incense, have these set up. Your space should be designed so
everything you need is prepared. In this manner, it is more likely you
will set time aside to do the exercise. In addition, during the day if
you are feeling stressed, this is a space where you can go mentally in
order to feel more at peace.

[Hello friends. Below is a picture that I received (and depicted later) of the 'emblem' of a collective that calls itself 'The Cosmic Order of the Infinite'. This name came all of a sudden in my mind as a phrase that carried a different from mine energy. It was very high for sure.
Then, on that day, Monday June 10th 2013, they started giving me some messages and since then, they continue to do so in different hours of almost every day (that's the reason for the numbers). Sometimes I don't get anything from them for some days, maybe because part of me isn't 'available' for that specific amount of time and part of them maybe because they accept to wait for a while or probably because they just give their messages on the 'right' time.
I also got the impression that if we read each message of theirs, more than one times, we might feel something more deep and that this will be a taste of their energy. As long as their messages come through, I'll continue to share them with you. Much Love to you all.]

You don't need a license to own a TV. You only 'need' a license to watch or record live broadcasts. The first question should be ''are you able to receive any live broadcasts?'' (you are not obliged to answer) - According to Act of Parliament, a TV licence must be obtained for any device that is "installed or used" for "receiving a television programme at the same time (or virtually the same time) as it is received by members of the public".
According to TV Licensing, "You need a TV Licence to use any television receiving equipment such as a TV set, digital box, DVD or video recorder, PC, laptop or mobile phone to watch or record television programmes as they're being shown on TV". Portable televisions and similar equipment such as laptops and mobile phones powered by internal batteries are covered for use anywhere under a licence held for their owner's residence.
So here's the crux of the matter, an Act requires consent. So therefore people are willingly (and unknowingly) allowing themselves to be taxed by consent. They use fear tactics to make the naive pay including adverts and sending bailiff-style inspectors round to intimidate people. First you must write to the BBC (or hand them a letter) stating a "Removal of Implied Right of Access" notice (template available here: http://www.getoutofdebtfree.org).

This will mean that they will be committing a criminal offence of "Aggravated Trespass" if they come to your door.
Record them on camera every time they come to your door, you have the right to do this it's your property (you can film in public places too). This will enable you to capture evidence of any intimidation/threats. They hate cameras and many of them walk away because they cannot employ their usual unlawfully aggressive tactics.
Print out a copy of a "Fee Schedule" ready to give to them once they visit, which outlines how much you will be charging them each time you are harassed or inconvenienced by them. It has legal standing so you will be able to invoice them each time they send you a letter or visit your home.
You have the right to never reply to any letters (threats) that they send to you. That also means you will never have a written contract with them. If you do feel the need to reply, only reply once and state your position clearly. Tell them that you do not need a TV Licence and you do not wish to buy one. Keep all of the letters they send you, as they constitute harassment under the law, and you can use them as evidence should you decide to take them to court.
Never provide them with your name or any other personal info, never admit to anything, and never allow them into your home

They could at least say goodbye or apologise for disturbing someone but on the other hand it wouldn't be right to abuse an investigator if they come round unless they are being abusive themselves, but again - the element of having a camera on record makes the world of difference and does stop them behaving over-aggressively.
