Schumann Resonance Today 31/5 22:00 A quick decrease of all four frequencies started at 17 UTC and which brought them on minimum values around 20 UTC closed the month of May with a high note. The maximum peak of the Amplitude was of Power 55 at 20 UTC when the Primary Frequency dropped under 7.30 Hz. After this movement, the frequencies climbed back toward the base values putting an end to the period of activity that lasted a little more than three hours, from 17 to shortly after 20 UTC. The average of the month of May was of a powerful Power 44.

Schumann Resonance Today 31/5 17:00 Today, so far, the Amplitude value has dropped below Power 20 for the first time for the month of May, the frequency has always remained stable with minimal fluctuations on the base value. The maximum of Power 10 was reached shortly after 7 UTC. The average for this month has been a meaningful Power 42.

After the eclipse and full Moon I observed a lot of people did not fare well with the new energies. It was a golden opportunity for a reset if one could put their ego aside. It can be as simple as looking in the mirror and saying, "I like myself," or it can be as complex as setting achievable goals for your future like for example, creating new healthy habits and loving yourself enough to have the discipline to achieve them.

Self-love isn't just about feeling good—although that certainly is part of it!

The Alliance continues to make advances but as normal they keep their activities to themselves to safeguard those involved. The war with Russia will be the last one of such proportions, because it will not have benefitted anyone. The time for diplomacy to settle disputes is clearly the pathway to follow in future. Naturally the dark Ones are involved, and responsible for maintaining a situation that is calculated to keep Humanity in an unhealthy state and lower levels of consciousness.

Have you ever noticed that when things get really intense energetically you find the need to slow down and just concentrate on the basics? Intensity forces you into using your core skills, honing your focus, and practicing better self care. It moves you into awareness of your truest values and intentions. It strips things away so you can get back to your base of truth and preference, and from there you can recenter and align with your energetic priorities in a way that is viable. Since last night the Primary Frequency has started a slow and gradual descent, at the time of this update it oscillates around 7.60 Hz and this condition has led to a new series of isolated and short movements that in the early hours of today were around Power 20 while a much more significant movement, which lasted about 30 minutes and occurred at 9 UTC, touched Power 41.

Schumann Resonance Today 25/5 17:00 Although the maximum reached today by the Amplitude was Power 19, reached with a short-lived isolated peak at 00:30 UTC, this day, for the month of May and for the activity that is occurring, can be considered of total calm. Schumann Resonance Today 25/5 17:00 In yesterday’s report we said that for the first time the Amplitude had fallen below Power 20, in reality it was not so as a new isolated peak just before midnight UTC reached Power 25. Since last night the Primary Frequency has started a slow and gradual descent, at the time of this update it oscillates around 7.60 Hz and this condition has led to a new series of isolated and short movements that in the early hours of today were around Power 20 while a much more significant movement, which lasted about 30 minutes and occurred at 9 UTC, touched Power 41.

Schumann Resonance Today 25/5 17:00 Although the maximum reached today by the Amplitude was Power 19, reached with a short-lived isolated peak at 00:30 UTC, this day, for the month of May and for the activity that is occurring, can be considered of total calm. For the first time in 25 days the Amplitude has fallen below Power 20 and in fact the average for the month, to date, is Power 43!

The two Amplitude movements, one of them again exceeded the Power 40 threshold, occurred shortly after 2 UTC at Power 36 and at 3 UTC reaching today’s maximum of Power 45.

Schumann Resonance Today 23/5 17:00 The series of isolated peaks, about 15, started at 22 UTC yesterday and lasted 15 hours, the most intense part was across midnight when the maximum value of Power 48 was reached, another significant movement occurred at 12:30 UTC when Amplitude reached Power 45. From 13 UTC the situation suddenly calmed down due to the decrease of the frequencies oscillations.

Schumann Resonance Today 23/5 09:00 Here we are again in the condition of Pillars of Light and again above Power 40. Around midnight UTC a rapid decrease of all frequencies, lasting about an hour, has started a long series of peaks of Amplitude, which are continued until now. The maximum value was reached immediately, at 00:15 UTC and it was Power 40, this movement was followed by many others, as can be seen from the main graph, most of them around Power 20 and a single movement at Power 30 shortly before 7 UTC.

Dear Ones, your discomfort is always a redirectional tool. You may find that if your thoughts begin to repeatedly go in a certain direction, you start to feel worse and worse.

It is not necessarily the thoughts themselves that are creating the discomfort. If you had that thought once or twice and allowed it to go on its way, you likely wouldn’t feel much at all. Your discomfort is due to holding onto those thoughts which gives them an opportunity to start to build momentum and point you in a direction where you don’t really want to go. Your entire being is trying to get your attention to redirect and will get louder and louder until you listen.
