Un tiempo de maestría

Les pedimos que encuentren algunas situaciones muy sencillas en su vida diaria que les ocasionen resistencia. Puede ser algo que realmente les disguste hacer diariamente. Después de ducharse, al Guardián le disgusta tener que escurrir el agua de la ducha. Entonces quizá se pregunten qué podrían aprender de eso. Tiene que ver con alcanzar la maestría sobre la resistencia en todas sus formas. Lograr la maestría en cualquier cosa podría ser mucho más fácil de lo que era incluso unas pocas semanas atrás, pues este es verdaderamente el tiempo de la maestría.

La radiación cósmica que entra actualmente en la Tierra también abre otros potenciales. Mientras entra de este modo, ella va cambiando el entorno que atraviesa. Comiencen a sentir esto como un arraigo en sus vidas diarias y confíen en que llegará mucho más.

Ustedes están creando mientras hablan, mientras avanzan. Aun cuando no podemos decirles específicamente cómo será su futuro, podemos decirles en qué dirección se están encaminando, y es muy hermosa. Ya sea que se trate de un nuevo proyecto, un traslado, o algo en lo que han invertido, ahora se están abriendo muchas cosas. No teman dar ese paso hacia adelante cuando la puerta se abra, entren ahí. Me encanta esta época del año. La primavera trae consigo el cambio. Es un nuevo comienzo con el aire fresco y la naturaleza floreciendo. También provoca una sensación de limpieza. Esto podría ocurrir en todas las áreas de la vida. En cuanto a mí, siento la sensación de limpieza primaveral. Esto incluye cualquier cosa de mi vida que ya no sirva a un propósito emocional o físico.

Steve y yo, como estoy segura que mucha gente también, coleccionamos cosas, ya sean pensamientos nuestros o pertenencias materiales que se juntan en zonas de desorden. ¿Con cuanta frecuencia decidimos limpiar todo lo que ya no nos sirve?

Miro hacia atrás a los meses de invierno y reviso el equipaje emocional al que me aferré. He decidido que estoy lista para deshacerme de cualquier cosa con la que no pueda hacer nada. Siempre he admirado el dicho de Alcohólicos Anónimos: “Dios, concédeme la serenidad para aceptar las cosas que no puedo cambiar, el valor para cambiar las cosas que puedo cambiar y la sabiduría para conocer la diferencia”. Estas palabras me han ayudado a crear un futuro más positivo.

Soltar las cosas físicas podría ser una gran liberación. La libertad para soltar el desorden que consume su espacio podría ser como un soplo de aire fresco. El antiguo arte del Feng Shui, que yo admiro, es una enseñanza de limpieza y de lo que funciona en su espacio personal.

Steve y yo hemos estado en el proceso de limpiar nuestro garaje. Hemos almacenado allí no solo cosas personales sino comerciales que ya no necesitamos. He donado nuestras pertenencias personales a organizaciones. Encontré un lugar que recibe materiales domésticos de riesgo que se desechan. Es un lugar que recibe baterías usadas, viejas computadoras, impresoras, etc. Con nuestro negocio, Steve siempre está actualizando nuestros equipos. Yo quería asegurarme de cómo disponer sin riesgo de los artículos que los recolectores de residuos comunes no se llevan.

Esta mañana hice un largo viaje a ese lugar. Mi auto estaba lleno hasta el tope con cosas. Cuando el hombre que estaba trabajando allí vio mi vehículo sobrecargado, vaciló. Me preguntó: ¿De dónde vienen todas estas cosas? Yo contesté honestamente que provenían de nuestra empresa. Rápidamente me contestó que tenía que llevarlas a otro lugar que trabajara con empresas. Dijo que no podía ayudarme a descargar mis cosas aunque las recibiera. Le expliqué que cuando había llamado a su compañía explicando lo que tenía para llevar a ese lugar nadie me había dado esa información. Sentí una inmediata irritación por la actitud de ese hombre. En ese momento me tomé un instante para decidir cómo manejaría esa situación. Podía contestar devolviéndole su grosería o intentar ser comprensiva con su situación. Le dije sinceramente que no sabía que no debía traer semejante carga a su empresa. Le dije que la próxima vez llevaría las cosas al lugar adecuado. Él dijo que tendría problemas si aceptaba toda la carga de mi auto. Yo no quería que él tuviera ningún problema. Le dije que entendía la política de la empresa. Él terminó descargando todo el auto. Me fui, sintiendo que en algún nivel me había conectado con ese hombre que solo estaba haciendo su trabajo. Sentí que en lo más íntimo era un gigante gentil con un exterior hosco y que realmente tenía un corazón de oro que me mostró por un corto tiempo. Salí de allí sintiéndome bien conmigo misma por la forma en que había manejado esa situación. Ambos nos separamos con una sonrisa en el rostro. Podría haber terminado de forma negativa. Adaptar mi actitud tuvo un impacto significativo en mi día y espero que en el suyo también.
