How deep into a greater spiritual perception we can get when meditating depends on how much experience we’ve had meditating, which goes back to the importance of practice and understanding that you’re not meant to be perfect at it instantly.

The energies since the weekend have been all over the place! Frazzled, disjointed, communication mishaps going haywire (more than the usual Mercury direct stuff), not being able to think straight and even Neptune (planet of imagination, creativity, illusion and sometimes delusion) going direct on Thursday doesn’t explain the general ‘plugged into an electric socket’ feeling.
With the Sun about to do its magnetic pole flip any time now, our clearest explanation can be found by checking out what the Sun is doing and yep sure enough not only has it had two X -class Solar Flares over the last few days, their CME’s (coronal mass ejections of solar winds and magnetic fields released into space) have combined (!) and are coming our way as one gigantic CME.
CME’s come our way all the time so this isn’t anything to freak out about. However given that these are from X class flares and given that they have combined, it explains a lot for those of us that are increasingly highly sensitive to the Sun’s increasing activity. It also explains erratic technology behaviour – flares and cme’s affect computers, phones, internet, satellites, etc, as well as unusual weather patterns. Even for those who are not aware of what is going on energetically, everyone can feel there is ‘zhoozh’ in the air – static, electricity, tension, adrenalin, feeling on edge, anxiety, it can be experienced in many ways.

Good news for this week, as both Mercury and Neptune move from retrograde to direct motion, and we end the week with some powerful aspects that include a Venus/Pluto conjunction and a full moon. Many things that have felt confused and uncertain since June (Neptune retro) or stuck, with pesky mishaps and things that would somehow not work (Mercry retro) since early October can be cleared up now. Mercury is covering ground that it went over since October 1 so you may feel like you are in a time warp, repeating episodes from early last month. It's just a replay opportunity to do things differently this time around, or to reconsider what happened then and see if we're still aligned with it.

Often when you feel overwhelmed in life it has more to do with your thoughts about a situation than the situation itself. Certainly there are busy times at work and at home where people ask more of you than you can do at any given moment; and yet, even in those times you can remain calm. You do not have to get upset. You do not have to do everything all at one. No matter how people may try to rush you, you do not need to rush.
When you take control of your thoughts in this situation it makes things better. Remember, you make your decisions. You decide what your priorities are. You choose what you work on. You can tell people “No.” You can tell people that you’re busy and that they need to wait. Just because others are impatient with you does not mean that you have to be impatient with them or with yourself.
Often, when you feel frustrated with others in situations like this it has less to do with what they are doing and more to do with your perception of yourself and the situation. When there is a great deal of work to be done you tend to forget that you can handle it and that it will get done. You tend to think that it all needs to be done right away. You tend to think that others won’t understand if you tell them to hold on.

We are here today to speak with you of the marvelous portal into which you are passing at this time. We would pass on to you some reminders of how to best utilize this wondrous opportunity, as there are still many of you who have not yet activated or remembered the wisdom which has been made available to you both recently and in your past.

Before stating that you have not such knowledge and wisdom, we would advise that you search inside with great intent and determination to find what is there, that you find that which is what you are, and not listen to the voice which tells you that it does not exist.

I’m going to try to get this written quickly in case I suddenly get hit by today’s X-1 class solar energies and need to curl up under a blanket and sleep for most of the day. In this current intense and changing energetic environment of late 2013, anything can suddenly happen which causes us to pass out, become lethargic, pain-ridden, crash into depression, expand up into bliss, or anything between those last two extremes! Because the energies are building again I wanted to share a few little tidbits with you to string together and view from another perspective.

Much change is now taking place and more is coming on ever broadening levels. We see that the manifestations of your awakening consciousness are beginning to surface and manifest outwardly. Do not expect change to fit into a concept that you may hold regarding how these changes must look, for that is very human and there are many who still preach and believe that ascension can only appear in a certain way.
We wish to speak of creativity. The belief that mind and brain are the same thing, and that the brain is the only creative source is where many have gotten off track. This is only natural, as it is what you have been taught–to look at the mind/brain as creative source–and indeed it is, but not in the way mankind has been led to believe.

In the wake of the great typhoon, Haiyan, the island nation of the Philippines lies shattered and in ruins. Great is the sorrow felt for these people, for those who have died and especially for those who remain behind, left bereft in a world now unrecognizable. Many of the islands inhabitants have left the planet, their energies withdrawn from their body vehicles, in fulfillment of soul contracts agreed upon before birth. Hello dear friends. I just wanted to share a special for me dream that I had today and in fact, it’s been a while since I had that kind of a dream. So here goes.In my dream, it seemed like it started getting dark, so the sky was of a deep blue color mostly. I was in the sea for a night bath, though I have never had a night bath so far in my life.
Among other people, my sister was there with me and all of a sudden we all see a fleet of a really huge number of ships and long cigar shaped motherships. They had different sizes, some looked like symbols, and all seemed to be like light yellow moving objects having also the deep blue color of the environment that was reflected on their ‘metal’ surfaces.
Even if I was viewing them from below, I could somehow zoom to them or view some of them as if I was standing next to them. They were all moving in a steady and a very gentle way, like a breeze, without making the slightest noise. Above I depicted the 3 main scenes that I was able to recall. My dear friends,

I think I can speak on behalf of all of us when I say that these past few weeks and more specifically these past few days of the solar eclipse have been rather rough and have led us to specific insights and to situations that can only contribute to our evolution. In my point of view (and I feel this personally as well) we are currently dealing with a very intense energy wave which is straining at times but nevertheless something we can cope with. I especially notice it around me in “Living together”conditions with others (in my case living with my children) and I can easily see the effects this energy shift has on them and I have to learn how to deal with it in conjunction with my own process and that of friends and family. All in all, it is sometimes difficult to remain in a balanced state or to regain it. HOWEVER what I find highly effective is to retreat yourself temporarily and to go within, to feel yourself in that moment and to just be without any obligations or expectations. To enjoy yourself, to take care of yourself, to open yourself up. Being quiet and giving yourself completely in full trust to the currents of energy flowing through you all the while being aware that you are those energies. You cannot keep this source of energy from flowing and moving into who you really are lest you remain fixed in this duality (denial, separation and density). You want to expand, to flow and to ascend : you, being an energy, want to break free out of the box (dense physical body) but simultaneously you keep yourself locked in this box. As a result you are becoming restless because you want to grow, you want to break free and for some reason or another this doesn’t happen. You don’t see that it is you who is holding you back and keeping you fixed. I have a feeling that it is with this inward struggle we truly are getting a helping hand. Dare to have faith in yourself (your Divine Self not your alter ego) and in your guides closest to you; they are so very near and palpable even recognizable and in plain sight.
