Anger turns us cold; takes us away from the warmth of the heart space and the divine gifts it offers.
We have no reason to keep letting this quality distort our growing spiritual perception, but if we do, we’ll continue to hold ourselves back from the perceptual gifts the divine offers. If we can maintain a constant, loving frequency by using self-discipline to refrain from anger, our spiritual connections will be much more enjoyable and free-flowing.

Here, I’d like to talk about anger and the manner in which it holds us back from our greater growth and development. Anger, like a lot of other qualities, clearly hinders our growth because it takes us out of a naturally loving frame of mind that isn’t easy to get back into, and there are plenty of other reasons it just isn’t good for us.

Anger holds us back from accessing and feeling a greater, more wholesome part of ourselves, and it stops us from feeling the sense of wellbeing that helps us thrive. Plenty has been said about the manner in which anger hinders our spiritual development, and I’d like to examine some of what’s been said here.

We come to assure you that all proceeds well, but for reasons of security we cannot always reveal what is taking place. As we have done for some considerable time we work mainly in the background, to fulfil our responsibilities to ensure that the Light spreads as intended. This means that we closely monitor the activities of the dark Ones, so as to ensure that their activities are not allowed to interfere with the positive changes that are taking place. At present your world is going through a testing period of changes that are going to see an end of the dominance of the dark Ones. Some are taking place on a level that is obvious to you, but they also occur out of your sight and without your knowledge. Since time immemorial we have accompanied you through your travels, although we have never interfered with your freewill decisions. We do however use our influence to keep you on the Path of Light, as the end times are to release you from the dictates of the dark Ones.

Somewhere in the midst of all that Sandy has told you, we also planned our route to our first destination, the Pacific Ocean. We decided to camp as often as possible so that we could be closer to Mother Nature. We were too excited to camp at what we had determined as our first camp, so we drove all night and started our adventure at our second campsite.

Many of you who read this blog will be familiar with my statement of “there is no puzzle, there JUST IS”. This is in reference to the old 3D earth created reality where your outer waking reality is often presented to you as a puzzle that needs to be solved. This invokes the logical human mind and takes you OUT of the heart space, the heart space BEing where the KNOWING is located, it is the very connection to your SOUL. Trying to work with the New Earth energies from an “outside of self” concept is not supported as it is not TRUTH. Many times you may be tempted to place the focus of what is unfolding through you, around you and within in to outside of your human vehicle but this is not TRUTH. YOU create at all moments of all moments, the way to influence and change what is occurring around you is ALWAYS to alter that which is running WITHIN you.

Historically the universe has bestowed upon it’s children the light of the gods through particular formations in the sky, particular formations of light portals in the sky of which humanity has been able to decipher. Through said portals the universe has bestowed the love and light energies to enter the sphere of their existence and bathe them in the loving uplifting and transformational energies. Historically this has been the case. Until a point in time when a subset of the mechanisms has been put into place, a new type of technology if you will has been encoded into the human genome.

You are being asked to give yourself a fast from negative thoughts about who you think you are. Nothing wears down your sense of self more than this type of negative thinking. It is debilitating in every way. Your thoughts are a good place to start in order to affect other areas of your life.

A fast is a time period in which you refrain from some activity. Most people are familiar with a food fast, which allows the digestive system a period of recovery. The same is true for a mental fast. It gives your mind time to recover so you can begin to see the truth in your life without judgment.

The judgmental mind is relentless, constantly seeking out inadequacies to bring them to your awareness. Although shining light into the dark corners of your mind is beneficial, bombarding yourself with negative thoughts, even if you believe them to be true, serves no good purpose.

I AM Tazjima Amariah Kumara, a 5D being of Pleiadian – Venetian (Venus) descent. I currently reside aboard the great mother ship, The White Winds, which is under the command of Lord Adrigon of the Pleiades. As some of you know already, I AM the immediate higher self of your scribe, Eliza.
I have decided to step forward today as I and Eliza are in the process of re-braiding; that is, we are re-blending back into one being. The one that you know as Eliza first incarnated on Earth in the latter days of Lemuria. Now, she is in the process of “coming home”, as are all who have embraced the decision to ascend during this unique cycle in Earth’s development. When she re-blends with me, her higher self, we will again be reunited and whole. And as we complete our work in 5D, in this lifetime or a future one, we will reunite with Self who resides in even more refined dimensions and frequencies. And so goes the process of ascension until all are reunited in the consciousness that is within ALL THAT IS.

As many channels have been telling you, you are being inundated with Love. Open your hearts, your souls, and allow It to flow through you and out to all your brothers and sisters undergoing the human experience at this point in your spiritual evolution.
You chose to be here at this time to be willing and abundant conduits through which our Father’s Love could flow smoothly and abundantly to assist in humanity’s awakening process.
You have been doing a grand job, but some of you have lately become a little less enthusiastic in your Light bearing duties because the darkness of the illusion has been drawing you into its web of distrust and disbelief about the truth and reality of Heaven and the spiritual realms.
