Imagine a golden warm light pulsating in your heart center...
From there, imagine this golden warm light expanding into your body, then your aura and then the room that you're in.
Imagine, that you are traveling upwards through your crown chakra into your Higher Chakras, until you have reached the 12th chakra.
There, you will find a very large pyramid of light...
This pyramid of light is filled with millions of small pyramids of diamond light...
As you are entering the large pyramid of light, the millions of small diamond light pyramids begin to flood your entire being...
Breathe them in...
When you feel that your entire light body is filled to the brim with these diamond light pyramids, begin to move downward, back into your physical body...
When you have arrived in your physical body, imagine that all the diamond light pyramids are flooding your mental, emotional, physical and etheric bodies...
Clearing and then, activating one by one to a higher vibrational frequency....
Breathe deeply throughout this process....
When you feel complete, return your awareness to this now moment.
