How would this person walk and move?
How would this person talk?
How would this person interact with others?
How would this person react?
How would this person go about work?
How would this person go about all areas of life?
As you begin to write this down, you'll might notice a shift in the way you feel.
As you'll remember what you wrote throughout the day, begin to move, talk and react the way this new person would.
