For we ascending ones, as we move away from linear thinking and move more into non-linear feeling, we may feel a bit lost. We may feel lost because we have let go of so much of the old and being in the New just doesn't have the same “trappings” as in 3D (do you notice the word “trapping; is in trap?). If we each can be still and honor our own Integrity, we will feel more secure. I suggest we do not follow anyone and instead honor our own way. As we do, we will not go backward, but will move forward. Follow your own Guidance, even it it feels as though no-one understands. When we let go, it may feel as if no-one cares or understands and this is fine. Keep honoring your own path. Remind yourself that all is aligned in Divine Will. Your vision is no-one else's but your own. Stand strong in your Integrity, regardless of what anyone says or does or does not say or do.

Dear Ones, your world is in a time that is ripe for change. The shift that is being made is from old 3D models of power into authentic power, or empowerment. This is why you are seeing displays of power that seem outrageous and amplified. These acts not only get people's attention, they also get people thinking about what power is, and what it isn't.

It is our loving work to advise and assist everyone awakening into a new and truer state of consciousness. You are doing a fine job of it, in spite of the confusion often resulting from the discovery that many tried and true beliefs were nothing more than concepts accepted as reality. The first step of all change is awareness.

Gaia and all her people are experiencing the energies of a massive shift into higher and truer ways of understanding. The blinders are coming off and this can be traumatic for the un-prepared because everyone has lived hundreds of lifetimes in the dense three dimensional belief system, embracing it as reality. Opening to and accepting that it was formed from illusory concepts of duality and separation can be very difficult to accept.

Dear One,

When you are in harmony with your heart's intelligence, seeking answers to your life's questions outside yourself will seldom be necessary. This seems impossible to you and yet this is a time when people no longer need an intermediary to be in tune with God, the Source of all Life.

There has been a quickening in the vibrational frequencies on and around planet Earth. Because you are an electrical being, you are very much affected by this increased Light. A higher level of energy enables you to attune yourself to a finer vibration, which allows you to consciously receive the resonance of wisdom and love from the Divine Mind. Wisdom and love come through your energy field as light energy, which carries with it information allowing you to live more in harmony with the needs of your soul.

And these changes are especially noticeable in relationships, from personal or family ones to intergovernmental ones. Change is an aspect of evolution and you are all evolving, and your evolution is basically along a spiritual path, even though vast numbers of you appear to have no spiritual interest or awareness, apart perhaps from believing that anything spiritual is unreal, the result of unbalanced emotional needs being pandered to due to a sense of loneliness, unacceptability, and the fear that that engenders.

One of the fastest ways to connect with the energy of gratitude for any situation is to switch the words, "I have to" to the words, "I get to".

So for example, let us suppose that you do not like to mow the lawn. Shifting from "I have to mow the lawn" to "I get to mow the lawn" immediately moves you from feeling hard done by and resentful to feeling grateful for having a lawn, having a lawnmower, being physically able to move, enjoying the sunshine, the birds, the smells, the beauty and magic that abounds in each now moment that you would miss through resistance and negative focus.

One big aspect of June will be the karma shifts and endings, due to the increasing amounts of energy we have been receiving and grounding. Our desire for a shift in the energtic narrative is supported this month, so keep those lights shining because the more brightly you shine, the more energy you are open to receiving. June is a month for releasing those final dregs of the past and using your power of intention to create the foundation for your new 5D life, as Light Beacons. Today around 4 pm I felt a huge wave coming into my consciousness. This wave wrapped around my entire body enveloping me in it’s light. I felt dizzy for a few minutes and out of balance. I was sitting in my living room talking to my daughter when it occurred. We were going over future plans and suddenly the wave struck me. I had to tell her “hang on there is a wave coming in right now”. This is not the first time she has heard this line from me. She waited until I composed myself and I was able to get back into the conversation. Since I have been feeling these waves for so long I can easily recoup when they take place. This is vital going forward that they serve their purpose and then we can move on from them. This is the same for all symptoms of ascension and anything psychic that takes place. We must acknowledge and respect the upgrades as they come in.

Dear Ones, for every time you can choose beyond fear, you allow your soul to discover even more of itself and your divine vastness. You get to see beyond the contraction and constraint, into expansion and freedom. Another word for expansion and freedom is love. Personally, I have been experiencing a new level of embodiment since the last Gateway. I could barely write last week. The *high* sensation of this expanded consciousness is challenging to integrate; it is stronger than I have ever felt, which is its purpose. The consistent merge sequence of expand, level up, stabilize at the new level, expand again is familiar to most. However, this level feels significant to the timeline split.

Those of you in deep physical or emotional pain beg to differ. For whatever you chanted, meditated or accessed has yet to produce the results you wanted. Such is perhaps to be expected for you are novices at creating a life of joy.

Maybe thinking in terms of learning to ride a bicycle will help you understand. Was it not true that you yearned to ride a bicycle without training wheels as you observed the joy your older siblings or friends experienced whizzing by with handlebar streamers flying in the wind? Finally, your bicycle training wheels were removed. Ah, the joy, the freedom, the fun – until you took your first of many spills learning to maneuver on two wheels instead of four. That was when you were certain you would never master the skills of your older siblings – until you did, forgetting your first awkward attempts.
