Within the illusion the only constant is change. You all know this, but you do need to remind yourselves that change is part of the illusion, an aspect of time which is the linear coefficient of the illusory concept that you chose to construct and maintain. Now that the foundations or underpinnings are collapsing changes are occurring ever more rapidly. And these changes are especially noticeable in relationships, from personal or family ones to intergovernmental ones. Change is an aspect of evolution and you are all evolving, and your evolution is basically along a spiritual path, even though vast numbers of you appear to have no spiritual interest or awareness, apart perhaps from believing that anything spiritual is unreal, the result of unbalanced emotional needs being pandered to due to a sense of loneliness, unacceptability, and the fear that that engenders.

Shifting from "I have to mow the lawn" to "I get to mow the lawn" immediately moves you from feeling hard done by and resentful to feeling grateful for having a lawn, having a lawnmower, being physically able to move, enjoying the sunshine, the birds, the smells, the beauty and magic that abounds in each now moment that you would miss through resistance and negative focus.

Today around 4 pm I felt a huge wave coming into my consciousness. This wave wrapped around my entire body enveloping me in it’s light. I felt dizzy for a few minutes and out of balance. I was sitting in my living room talking to my daughter when it occurred. We were going over future plans and suddenly the wave struck me. I had to tell her “hang on there is a wave coming in right now”. This is not the first time she has heard this line from me. She waited until I composed myself and I was able to get back into the conversation. Since I have been feeling these waves for so long I can easily recoup when they take place. This is vital going forward that they serve their purpose and then we can move on from them. This is the same for all symptoms of ascension and anything psychic that takes place. We must acknowledge and respect the upgrades as they come in.

Dear Ones, for every time you can choose beyond fear, you allow your soul to discover even more of itself and your divine vastness. As we move deeper and deeper into the fifth dimension,

Learning and Teaching are intertwined.

We talk a lot about the fifth dimension, and many humans believe they understand what the fifth dimension is like. However, as we come closer and closer to the threshold of the fifth dimension, we are beginning to realize how little we know about it.

We have imagined it, dreamt it, wrote about it, and even think we have visited it. However, the frequency network for fifth dimensional reality is very challenging for one who has, NOT YET, totally transmuted into fifth dimensional consciousness.

Personally, I have been experiencing a new level of embodiment since the last Gateway. I could barely write last week. The *high* sensation of this expanded consciousness is challenging to integrate; it is stronger than I have ever felt, which is its purpose. The consistent merge sequence of expand, level up, stabilize at the new level, expand again is familiar to most. However, this level feels significant to the timeline split.

Pain and fear continue – not because they have to but because you are yet adjusting to a life without pain.

Those of you in deep physical or emotional pain beg to differ. For whatever you chanted, meditated or accessed has yet to produce the results you wanted. Such is perhaps to be expected for you are novices at creating a life of joy.

Maybe thinking in terms of learning to ride a bicycle will help you understand. Was it not true that you yearned to ride a bicycle without training wheels as you observed the joy your older siblings or friends experienced whizzing by with handlebar streamers flying in the wind? Finally, your bicycle training wheels were removed. Ah, the joy, the freedom, the fun – until you took your first of many spills learning to maneuver on two wheels instead of four. That was when you were certain you would never master the skills of your older siblings – until you did, forgetting your first awkward attempts.

So, are you able to actually describe the process of channelling between us … or is it too complicated?
We can certainly attempt in words. Yet as you know … this fashion may not suffice.

Why not give your brain a holiday from worry? How do you do that? Get present. Do something you love that absorbs you. Have a new experience. Give your worries to your guides, angels or Source to take care of for you. Declare the day a vacation day for your mind, and gift it the experience of the Now moment, and you'll be surprised how incredibly rejuvenating it is.
