Beloved Ones, There
are signs everywhere of the changes that are taking place upon your
planet. These changes are diverse and encompass many spectrums of life.
The Earth changes reflect the changes within humanity as they strive to
cope and to understand what is occurring. Each tragedy that occurs
brings out the best within humanity as they strive to give what they can
to assist. Many questions are being asked within all hearts, for it
seems as though the world that they knew is crumbling and falling apart.
Humanity is experiencing the effects of their planet shaking off the
chains of the past as she moves into her rightful place in the universe.
These changes have occurred many times through the millennia but in
these times, humanity has an opportunity to rise above and emerge
victorious.

5/5/2015: Grounding during THE SHIFT
The Star Councils through Solara An-Ra
We are the Star Councils of Light. We are a group of Light beings, most of whom have been in the physical world that you inhabit at some time or other, but who are now in Light-body form, and who have chosen to assist the earth planet and her people at this time where you go through THE SHIFT. The shift is a term which is being used for the transmutational process which occurs in 3D on your planet. Transmutation means that matter moves from one state of being into another state in energetic terms, so that something which has been physical, for instance, is changed into a higher dimensional frequency which is more like light. In alchemy terms it would be like a solid being manifested out of a liquid, or a liquid changing into a solid. You understand that there is a substance, but that the nature of that substance is transmuted or changed.
And the shift on your planet is about the transmutation of the 3D world into a higher, finer frequency – a 5th dimensional frequency in which things appear and are experienced to be less solid, despite the fact that you are still on the Earth plane and in the same reality. This is needed because it is part of your evolution - it is part of the reason you have come to this planet at this time, in order to go through the shift. And once the shift is fully in place, then you will be able to operate from the level of consciousness in which we exist; from this level of being in which your thoughts are manifested instantly – in which you can choose whether to be physical or in Light-body at will, just as we can.
These 'siddhis' as they have been called by the yogis, are already accessible to you – you are already able, at will, to change from physical into Light-body form. You are already able to communicate telepathically. You are already able to heal through sound-light-crystal frequency. You Earth beings have these abilities within you, within your 12-strand etheric coding – within the etheric coding in your Light-bodies, which is down-loading now. And you are simply in the process of remembering how to access these things – how to remember your true abilities and gifts – remembering how to exist on this higher level while still embedded into your 3-D reality.
We speak of the Earth shifts which occur at this time, through the moving of the tectonic plates deep within the ocean beds. These shifts are affecting all of you, and according to your stage of energetic integrity and evolution, some are moved into distress on a physical, emotional or mental level more than others. We will give you some guidelines for coping with these shifts.
You have understood, you awakened ones, for some time, that these shifts within the Earth body are necessary for the cleaning process of your planet. The more you are able to move into energetic integrity en-masse, the less of these Earth shifts there will be. But at this moment there is no alternative but for your planet to shift. And with the shifting there is destruction and disruption within your Earth life, and there is no other way to get around this but to teach yourselves and those who you can assist around you how to ground effectively – how to recharge – how to maintain an energetic connection which is in integrity with your core crystal - with the centre of your planet. For if we consider the directions of above and below, within your ability to connect vertically, for the moment it is more important for you to connect with the core crystal than with the higher spheres. It is more important, in other words, for you to stay grounded on every level - emotional, mental & physical – for without this grounding you will become disjointed, fragmented and confused. Without this grounding, your physical body struggles to integrate the energetic changes around you. And so we will go through a practise with you now.
Sit in your meditation pose, whether it is on the floor or in a chair. We ask you to focus on your central core which spins through your chakras. Visualise the 7 internal chakras, beautiful spinning vortexes of colour – red at the root, orange in the belly, yellow at the solar plexus, green at the heart; sky-blue at the throat, indigo blue in the third eye, and violet and white at the crown. Visualise this rainbow spinning within you – red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo & violet. And through these internal energy wheels you perceive a white or silver light. This is an energy which flows constantly within you – there is an upward and downward motion within this central core. As you perceive this central core from Svadhisthana in your belly, you send a grounding cord down. This cord is silver, it connects from your belly down through your root chakra, though the Earth Star Portal at the bottom of your aura and down, down through the Earth layers, through the crystal beds, down through the beauty of the inner worlds of Earth – and into this great being – the source of all your life in 3-D, the core crystal of your planet.
We wish you to perceive that this connection is energetic. It is magnetic. There is a sense of being drawn downwards into this source of all gravity. And you feel this in your body; a feeling of heaviness – magnetic pull and heaviness. More important than anything else within this technique of grounding is a feeling of relaxation and open heart. Your heart is open, you feel in love with your planet, and you trust that you are connected with her. You trust that is what allows you to receive heling and stay in physical health and integrity. You send this cord down with love, connecting into the Great Mother, just as a child connects to her mother through the breast, so you connect into the Great Mother through this cord.
Perceive that you are nurtured; that you are nourished. Spend time dear ones, each day, sending this cord down and opening your heart to the planet, staying in a sense of trust that you are safe, and that the energetic shifts and changes that occur on your planet happen as they need to happen, and that you are safe.
Say out loud ‘I am safe in my body and on this planet’. Allow yourselves to move into this sense of safety – for many of the feelings that arise within your emotions that make you feel unsafe; that make you feel insecure in your body and on your planet and cause anxiety about your health – many of these thought do not belong to you. They come from other times and arise in your consciousness triggered by the Earth changes. Stay with your own reality. Stay with this feeling of love for nature and Earth, and your own experience of safety; your own experience of trusting the Earth; trusting your body; feeling your body as one with the earth body. Sending your grounding cord down, perceiving the silver magnetic flow which moves from your belly down to the core crystal and back up into your body.
Say out loud ‘I am one with Gaia’. Experience this now, dear ones, your one-ness with the planet. Spend time in nature; spend time lying or sitting or walking barefoot on the Earth, allowing yourself to feel her strength and beauty, reminding yourself that you are safe in your body and on this planet, sending your love into the planet, assisting her with her re-birth process.
We trust that we have assisted you at this time, we are with you dear ones, we send great love and blessings your way. We understand that these Earth changes are difficult for you, but they will pass. These shifts will come and go. They are part of your transition, of the shift, of your transmutation into a higher frequency – and this is extremely positive. This is a wonderful process! But just as giving birth to a baby seems traumatic as you move through the process, but is a great joy and blessing, a wonder, when completed – so is this part of your journey sometimes experienced as traumatic. You simply need to stay in your heart, keep your bodies healthy and ground yourselves every day, perhaps several times a day, in order to stay in integrity. You have no choice but to make your lives more simple – for the many complications in your life – that modern life necessitates – these many complications on every level that you allow in your lifestyles, do not serve you, and will not be tolerated in the greater scheme of things.
You are all moving back into lives and a way more or simple, more like your ancestors – and you begin this now with a simple practise of grounding every day; staying connected with Earth whether you live in nature or in the city, it is always possible, desirable, essential. And so it is. Namaste.

That which is offered to
you through words in these communications becomes a symbol of WHO YOU
ARE. You counteract all that has been of negative thought ... through
your intentions of LOVE for all.

Since the Total Solar Eclipse at the Equinox the Goddess

When Hygeia was discovered in the 1800’s she was at 6 degrees Libra
and in opposition to Astraea at 7 degrees Aries. Lying opposite each
other they create a polarizing magnetic force in the center of which the
Human Light Body is woven and we become more and more able to living in
the new photon belt. In ancient Egypt there are many depictions of two
Priestesses creating an energy field and the lightbody appearing as a
rainbow cloak, golden cloak or my favorite from India is the Buddha with
an Aura of a Billion Stars. How exciting that we can all weave our own
divine auric cloak at this time!
Dolly Parton has a beautiful song on her album Blue Smoke called the
Cloak of Many Colors inspired by the story of Joseph and his Rainbow
Cloak and he is associated with the 13th sign of the zodiac Ophiuchus
holding up two healing serpents. Asclepius the Father of Medicine and
Hygeia is also associated with this sign. Libra and Aries are the
all-important axis on which the lunar eclipses have been taking place in
the past few years on Jewish holy days. It is interesting that Joseph
was kept informed by the spirit world through dreams, much the same as
Hygeia.

are pleased that people are beginning to accept that the changes are
really starting to take place. Patience is of course required as the
first event will not take place until the right time, and only after it
has been firmly established and those involved are absolutely prepared.
It has taken time to reach this point as the arrangements require the
co-operation of many countries. All is proceeding well and when we tell
you that the change will come soon, it is an indication of how far the
plan has evolved. Naturally the cleansing will still be taking place but

We are your family of light. We are the angelic realm, with the

affiliated, and you, and your entire entourage, as we like to say, of
nonphysical friends and reflections, the reflections of you throughout
creation that are connected to you, to create with you this powerful
communion of light.
It is this connection within each of us to the Oneness that we are,
the source of all that is, the creation awareness, that we ignite this
field of light for the purpose of assisting you around what you think of
and call and experience as money.
In the days of old, many of you were in the Sacred Order of
Magdalena. It was not a last name. It was a title. It was a crown. It
was a knowing. It was held sacred in the Essene community where Christ
walked among men.
In my time of living I endured much hate that
was placed upon me because of my position and training. I endured arrows
of poisons that came from the eyes of others. I endured angry words. I
stood high in my Light and the sacred teachings of my order. I did not
trip upon my path but kept a strong heart of love towards all that

I did not beg for mercy for I knew that I stood in

onto the past? You must decide what it is that you want and then make

It can be
challenging to allow the human logical mind to reach out for patterns
and understand that the patterns are no longer supported. At this time
many of the foundation patterns that are taught to the human race in
TRUTH are coming up for personal “review”. This may see scenarios
presented to us at a personal level that appear to be “similar” to
“previous” scenarios in our life experience to date. The illusion that
is presented in order to prevent us moving into the expansion that lies
just beyond said pattern is what we are asked to focus upon and not the
illusion itself.
For example
imagine you are driving along a highway on a hot day, in the distance
“appears” to be a heat haze, it may appear as you drive towards it to be
something that almost appears “real” but on driving along the highway
the heat haze is never actually driven through, as you approach it it
disappears and appears further along the horizon.
Chaos is increasing inside the United States as the US Khazarian
controlled faction of the Federal Reserve Board continues to be shunned
by most of the world. In response, the Khazarians are desperately trying
to provoke race riots or otherwise get arms bearing US citizens to
fight the US armed forces and police. At the same time, the US armed
forces and agencies are moving against both Israel and their US based
Khazarian proxies, notably the Bush/Clinton/Rockefeller crime family.
In what Pentagon sources say was a direct message to the Rockefeller
family, Dave Goldberg, the Chief Operating Officer of Facebook, died in
mysterious circumstances at age 47 last week.
Facebook is owned by David Rockefeller grandson Mark Zuckerberg.
Pentagon sources say this was a message by the armed forces to the
Silicon Valley oligarchs that from now on the high tech industry in

Twenty-five years ago, I discussed with you what is happening now. Back
then, it was only a potential, but now it's your reality. This was not

Do Human Beings awaken?
JJK: More and more human Beings seem to
look through the dark game in this world. Resistance stirs and more and more human Beings, due to their moving down socially, also have less and less to
lose. A spiritual awakening is still far away
and yet something is happening.
Yet what is it with those human Beings,
who superficially walk on a «spiritual path» and who have been overtaken by the
fallacies of New Age or the esoteric scene? Is there also progress on their
level, does an actual evolution/revolution take place?
From my perspective there is nothing of
that sort.
I perceive the exact opposite, «bunker mentality»
rules in the
esoteric scene and nobody wants to
give up the attained securities, the
attained half- knowledge. Meaning: Gurus remain gurus and disciples remain disciples, whereby, as always,
the one eyed is orientation for the blind ones.

month named ‘May’, consider how you phrase your intentions, as a
question by asking ‘May I’ or as a statement, ‘I may’. One way asks for
permission, the other knows it doesn’t need it because it’s already
there. Duality rules in May, and our own duality will be revealed,
whether we are in faith or fear, confidence or doubt, abundance or
limitation, asking for permission, or acting with powerful confidence.

Every part of your being is shifting rapidly from what was to what
is. Some of you question that statement for you have not felt joy to the
degree you expected – as 3D you understands joy. Instead, your joy is
happening in milliseconds as you adjust to new you.
Have you ever bought something seemingly not quite right for you only
to discover that object was exactly what you were pining for but did
not realize such was so? So it is for you now. The fear, the discontent
of wanting something to move to, are all part of you becoming you.
You probably have glimmers of joy and fun that may even radiate

all there is? Did I work for decades shedding my 3D being only to come
to this point of not quite joy or fun – just there?”
You are trading in your dominant fear modules for new vibrant joy,
fun, love and abundance modules. It is just that you have not fully
accepted those modules because they seem uncomfortable now, but will be
your totality as soon as you allow them to be.

Son of God and human Beings are one! I am
El Morya, Master from the Light and Chohan of the blue ray of healing. In my
Light the human soul is strengthened, the human body becomes whole and freed
from evil, which has taken possession or wants to take possession of it.
There is something that is taking place
as I speak and it will affect people all around the globe. It is an
event that is behind the scenes and when it is exposed it will ring true
for so many people, for it will be what resonates in their hearts as
well as their minds. As I speak of this I also tell you that when this
does come into the open it will be a defined change on how life is lived

CONNECTION TO SOURCE As you clear blockages from the electrical
circuits in your body, your ability to tune into God Source, your
Higher Self and Spirit Guides will increase. Know that every moment in

experience. Although you are somewhat hampered due to the rules of your
universe and interactions with other Beings, you still choose how to
react in every situation. We suggest you work diligently to increase

you walk the ways of the world you live in, you are daily changing
yourselves and those around you. Meeting self in all of its aspects and
nuances requires the utmost courage and sincerity of purpose but the
rewards for your persistence are becoming self evident. When you look
back in a time not too distant, you can see in hindsight that all of
your experiences have brought you to this moment of clarity and inner
strength. Every experience you have ever had, has brought you greater

The Beltane/May Day* energies of last Thursday/ Friday, along with
today's Full Moon in Scorpio, feel to have created a portal of deep and

Love at its very core loves to be celebrated, for it extends

beginning within the conception of the Goddess and then birthed as one.
Two souls have traversed many galaxies, star systems, dimensions, life
forms and parallel existences. With the soul self there is no division,
no separateness, for the soul is At-one.
We are heading into a totally new paradigm shift, which is already
making itself felt and it is here truly that souls will come together
who are destined to be together and more important work together: “Love is not so much gazing at each other, but looking outward into the same direction.”
