Many of you are aware of the old 3D earth created construct teachings that seek to promote the “I AM”, you are taught repeatedly that the “I AM” is in the SOULAR plexus and that it must be aligned with at all moments of all moments. It is to be noted that the human PERCEPTION of the wording of “teachings” is what is used to confuse, to contain and to frustrate the human race. It is your perception of what is stated that seeks to teach you other than what is being presented. This is especially so when it comes to the wider universal energies. Many of you at this time are FEELing the huge tugs on your SOULAR plexus, many of you may be experiencing stomach upsets, pains etc and this is the very physical response of the frequencies that are seeking to be RELEASED at this time.
You cannot have UNITY with “I AM” for the teaching seeks to have you state that you are other than that which YOU ARE in TRUTH. ALL are ONE but all are not the same, each human vehicle upon this earth is a reflection of SOURCE and as such is unique and individual. Therefore the “I AM” teaching seeks to promote separation where there CANNOT be separation. You may be in a human form but you are not separate from SOURCE for YOU ARE SOURCE.

The alignment occurs at 12:26 GMT time, 4:26 AM Pacific, and 7:26 AM Eastern.

We all know that the full moon is full of intense emotion as Grandmother Moon helps us to realign our energies in preparation for the new energies that come into our awareness. The reflection this month is to fully take action within our Higher Self to allow the Higher Mind to take precedence over the Lower Mind. This is a huge challenge for every soul upon this planet.
We have been taught through the many timelines that we have experienced that control occurs in our every waking moment within the third dimensional reality. That is why it can be so difficult to step out of the mold of who we were into what we desire to be.
As individuals awaken within themselves that there is a higher purpose to their lives, they are then stepping into the unseen world of accepting their intuition and higher knowledge to be their guide. Something huge must have happened today as already reported. I woke up with a massive descent of very powerful, high vibrating energies from the Source, entering my body through my left brain portal and causing me a split head, numbness and severe headache, which has only now begun slowly to recede (16.00 pm Pacific time). There is a constant giving and receiving flow of energy found in the universe and it is in one’s willingness to give what they wish to receive that keeps the abundance of their existence circulating in their lives. The universe acts in dynamic reciprocal and one’s body, mind, and thoughts are all in constant and dynamic exchange with the forces of the universe. If one wishes to accelerate and maintain this exchange, one must do so by giving exactly what it is one wishes to receive. The energy flows in one’s life in regards to happiness, romance, friendships and health are all mirrors of the flow of energy in harmonious interaction within one’s field of existence. The circulation of one's energy allows the flow to remain alive and vital. Simply said, giving brings about receiving in alignment with nature's universal laws and principles. True giving, without expectation of anything in return is as effortless as breathing. When one gives whole heartedly it is an action which will fill one’s heart with joy.

This year has been very hard for many people because of releasing old energy from the past. This had to be done because old energy will not work anymore. We are starting a brand new cycle and we have had to be ready for this cycle in order to manifest the blessings it will bring us. We’ve been in the energy of Saturn in Scorpio all year and this is what made the energy so hard to handle. It was a year of letting go of everything that we no longer needed. All the deep dark energy that we have held onto for so long that was stuck in our subconscious mind had to go. Out it all came so we could become great Beings of Light.
I’m not saying that everyone has made it because there is still a lot of trauma going on in the world. Everyone is on their own frequency and will ascend (move into a higher frequency) when they are ready. The ones who have been working for so many years to clean up their thoughts, feelings and actions are the ones who are ready to ascend and live on 5D Earth, which is one of peace and happiness. It’s time for us to create that reality.

In January 2014, the Company of Heaven told us that this would be a year like no other. From the miraculous events that have taken place so far in 2014, I think that information has proven to be a monumental understatement.

We have to be careful when we follow any religious or spiritual source, and we’ll always want to keep in mind that when it comes down to it, we’re our own saviors. We’re the ones who are meant to find enlightenment, and no external force can deliver it to us.
This is one of the reasons I’ve chosen to localize my connection with my higher self to my articles, but make no mistake – every time you hear from me, you hear from my higher self and guides. This includes the times I don’t practice meditative writing.
I haven’t used it as much as I could so far, because I’m also exploring what it’s like to write without the assistance of meditation – with a clearer mind and an arsenal of words at my disposal, which flow from my mind and heart whether or not I meditate beforehand.

Between this weekend’s full moon and the amplification effect that builds each year at the holidays, most people are feeling a bit more on edge and overloaded. It’s like there’s a sense of hurry in the air, and to do lists you didn’t even know you had appearing out of nowhere!
These effects are obvious, but there’s something new about how you may be experiencing them this December.
What’s New this December
First, this hasn’t been an ordinary or easy year. There have been lighter moments sprinkled throughout, of course, but we’re still in the midst of a very challenging cycle of revolutionary change. That long cycle has had some key peak moments in 2014 – like the Grand Cross planetary line-up last April. That alignment further stirred the already-churning momentum of society upheaval as well as an intense desire for big changes in all aspects of how life is lived. Regardless of what country you live in, these themes are an obvious part of the landscape.

At the moment life flows with the usual chores. I do my cleansings, healings and energy work. Also the reiki for Kiba’s behavior and for Tom’s heart. Tomorrow we have the next visit at the vet clinic. I am curious if the healing sessions for him are successfull or at least will show an improvement. I am only glad that he takes his daily tablet without troubles. He eats it out of my palm like a treat. :) My sweet Tom <3 span="">

The last nights I dreamed and I remember my dream from tonight. I was traveling with some persons to a for me not obvious destination. We used a bus and a train and we reached the station for them not on well-trodden and known paths but we walked across country and unknown paths. We could reach the train station only that way or we would have missed the train. I woke up before we reached our destination and in this I know that we are still on the way, not yet there but near the end of the last stage.

Usually I remember only dreams that are important for me as my Higher Self or Full Consciousness as I call her blocks all I do during my sleeptime. I know why she does it but it is not yet the time to tell.

My close friend to whom I mentioned my dream told me it could be my timing to go UP and when Gaia collective ascends. My thoughts were that we can travel or have to travel aside from known paths to reach our goal.

Creativity Doesn’t Require Meditation
By no means is meditation required to be creative, but it makes the process more enjoyable.
It also has its downsides. For example, I’ll have a lot of editing work to do once I finish writing this, because I’ve basically closed my eyes and allowed my higher self (or whatever force you want to call it) to take the wheel and steer.
I’ll inevitably misspell and mangle the words I type, but since I’m used to editing text from my days channeling my higher self and guides, editing them doesn’t seem like a big deal.
It’s worth it to express myself and have my oversoul express him/herself via this expanded creative outlet, and any editing that needs done along the way is a small price to pay for the expressional abilities that result from embracing a deeper state of consciousness while writing.

It is a morning for glory! It is a morning for joy! We are making plans to come and join you in the very near future. As we ready ourselves and get into the swing of what we will be doing with you, it is a wondrous journey that we plan, and the magic of it is that there is no plan. We have devised a way by which we will be coming to you in the ways that you will be comfortable with.

It is I St. Germain, and I am so pleased to be speaking through this one again. I have been with her throughout many centuries and this one is the epitome of how we will be addressing that which we have been setting into motion energetically over the time span that we have been creating.

As the name suggests, meditative writing is the act using meditation to get into a deeper state of consciousness and use the energy and inspiration that results to write or express ourselves in another way.
I think meditative writing can be a great way to fade into the sacred self while being creative and expressional at the same time, and it can allow us to transcend the mind and express ourselves from a deeper, more spiritually alive and conscious level.
There’s nothing wrong with writing without the influence of meditation, of course, and potent articles can be produced either way. I sometimes prefer meditative writing because I enjoy getting into a deep state of consciousness and basically transcending the ego as I write.

Lena Stevens - December has two themes: RESPONSIBILITY and OPPORTUNITY - Dec 1, 2014

It may seem that the two themes are not related to each other but they are not only related but also mutually supportive. Hopefully by now we are all more comfortable dealing with the unknown, as that theme from November will continue to influence us over the next few months.
However this month we shift our focus to more of how we can actually deal with the unknown by examining where and how we are RESPONSIBLE as well as learning to identify and take advantage of OPPORTUNITY.
Let’s start with RESPONSIBILITY as that is the main theme that shows up first.
In defining RESPONSIBILITY, I like to include “the ability to respond” as part of the definition. You should always be the first responder to whatever is happening in your life. You should be the first responder to your own issues. It helps if you can always come from the place of accepting that you create absolutely everything and every situation in your life. The power in that responsibility is that if you created it, you can uncreate it, you can change it, and you can always create something new.
This is not to say that you have to do it alone and can never ask for help. You can have incredible support, cooperation and guidance, but this month’s lesson is to really get that no one else can do it, heal it or fix it for you. You can have all the guidance in the world, all the meditations, visualizations, therapy, healing work, advice, financial support and help, but if you do not RESPOND in a way that takes full responsibility for your situation, you will not change anything in the end.

I have collected a number of “orb” photos over the past few years and indeed been very lucky to have actually seen the orb of my guardian angel circling above my bed at night several times. However, I am very aware that in many photos things that look like orbs are in fact a function of light entering the lens at a particular angle. Whenever I have sun light shining towards my camera or at any angle in front of the lens, I discard any resulting orb.

As Divine Sparks of the Creator, you were given a great gift, a treasure chest of Creator Essence to use in any way you desired. You began this lifetime with a portion of Adamantine Particles of Light (the Essence of the Supreme Creator) stored within your Sacred Heart, and also a reserve tucked away within your Root Chakra--the Sacred Fire Seed Atom sometimes called Kundalini and portrayed as a coiled serpent. You have always had access to the Sacred Fire stored within your heart; however, you have to remember how to use your “Keys to the Kingdom” in order to ignite and effectively use this power source of Divine Light. The Kundalini or Serpent Fire is a different matter, for you must clear 51% of the distorted energy you have created in the past in order to tap into this potent reservoir of Divine Creator Light. In order to reach this state, you must harmonize the vibrational patterns of your physical, emotional, mental and etheric bodies to the degree that your Energetic signature is resonating to the harmonics of the mid-fourth dimensions and higher.

Accelerated energies in recent years have allowed manifesting to happen with increasing ease. This is more so than ever as we move further into the new time. Manifesting our spiritual mission is an increasing desire for many. If you are feeling challenged in this realm, it may be time to examine the process you are following to bring your visions into physical reality.

The final month of 2014 is dominated by the penultimate exact Uranus/Pluto square mid month (14th/15th December). With it we enter the grand finale of this potent alignment which has been with us since 2012 and finally begins to fade come April next year. No one has been left untouched by the quickening power of this time. Many peoples’ lives now bear little resemblance to how they looked before these two planetary heavy-weights began their alchemical dance. Nothing and no one has been protected from the destructively creative grace conjured by the cosmos these past few years. To quote Joni Eareckson-Tada when referring to the wheelchair that symbolises her quadriplegia from the age of seventeen, this year has been ‘a bruise of a blessing, a terrible grace’. And this coming month which brings it to a close, reminds us that whilst the journey is nowhere near over, some of the more challenging times are now behind us.

December will be another action packed month with lots of activity that moves us forward and takes us back, invites us to go within as well as expand outward, using what we have learned this year to create closure and clarity from the chaos. This is a divine invitation to move from healing to wholeness, if we can, in the words of the Serenity Prayer, “… accept the things we cannot change, change the things we can…” What we cannot change is other people; what we can change is the energy we use to create our lives. If we ever had an opportunity to create the life potential we have always wanted, this is it. The question is, do we have the courage to embrace the joy, peace, love, and abundance that we say we want? It only takes a thought to ask for a miracle, while it takes courage to allow that miracle to manifest and face the ripples of change that it will create. The standstill has become a turning point and we can all choose to face new directions.

The human race has been taught since the beginning of its creation that it is separate, within the human race the human male and the human female are taught repeatedly that they are “different”, with emphasis placed on the differences at all moments. Yet a human baby has to LEARN and ANCHOR difference. Until a human child reaches the age of around 2/3 yrs old they see no separation, a child this age looking in a mirror does not see “self” it sees a human being standing in front of it. It does not align with the reflection until it begins processing the 3rd chakra which in human form you are taught is the “I AM”, the SOULAR plexus.
