Namaste my friends, in the first article I wrote I was talking about how important it is to know the basics of spiritual workbefore you start trying the fancy stuff like astral projection, channeling, past life memory’s etc.

This time I would like to talk about “Visualization”
Visualization is probably the most important ability you MUST have. Everything you do in spiritual work is based on it. Visualization is the most powerful skill and I know nobody who has mastered it to 100%. These 5 steps will help you to learn visualization to a degree that you should be able to instantly visualize what you wish.
Visualization is the ability to be able to picture what you want in front of your third eye. This is important in meditation/Rituals to focus your thoughts on the person, object or whatever you are visualizing. The clearer the image you are visualizing becomes in your mind, the easier it is to manifest into the 3. dimension or also known as the materiel world.

Archaeologists uncovered thousands of Stone Age underground tunnels, stretching across Europe from Scotland to Turkey, perplexing researchers as to their original purpose.
German archaeologist Dr Heinrich Kusch, in his book ‘Secrets of the Underground Door to an Ancient World’ revealed that tunnels were dug under literally hundreds of Neolithic settlements all over Europe and the fact that so many tunnels have survived 12,000 years indicates that the original network must have been huge.
‘In Bavaria in Germany alone we have found 700metres of these underground tunnel networks. In Styria in Austria we have found 350metres,’ he said. ‘Across Europe there were thousands of them – from the north in Scotland down to the Mediterranean.

Beloved humans on earth. Today I will start the message in a different way as usual. I am here to tune you in to the new attempt for ascension for this coming weekend. Of course you will say, this we heard already, this situation we have experienced already and nothing happened.
Ask yourself, why it didn’t happen !

I can say you why. This is only, because you don’t belief it will happen. When you only could understand, that YOU and only YOU from your heart and mind, then certainly, then it will happen. But when you once again doubt, then I can guarantee you, on Monday you will say to yourself:
“Once again just empty promises, I don’t belief anymore what they say!”

TheOne-DreamDreamer – Talk Talk Talk…Can You Walk? – 13 June 2013

Sure you can!
But the question is… are you? Or are you amongst those that keep talking and talking, usually about how difficult it is… how much power “they” took of you… how much you’re controlled… how insane the world is and how much you’d like to be saved! You’ve got money issues… alphabet is preventing you from being who you are… you’re been attacked… and can’t fully BE what you deserve to BE.
Is it so? Ok. Nothing bad with it all (almost at least) walked that path. But if you’re still in it… get out of it. Or at least stop complaining. For there are thousands of things you could do to BE. There’s no need to move mountains, but there’s a lot of need of YOU. IF, and I repeat it IF, you want to See and Live a change. For there’s no other way. You’re a creator of your reality. And where your focus goes there goes your energy and your energy IS YOU, a sparkle of all that IS.
Get it?

Predictions of these times always involved huge waves washing over the planet. Many prophets (or interpreters of prophecies) always assumed this would be one of water. The huge waves are indeed here washing over us only they are waves of Light, they are waves of high frequency energy coming to us from the Sun, from the Centre of our Galaxy and from the part of the cosmos we are currently travelling through.

This time was always destined to happen, and many of us came here specifically to be here for the changes that are going to occur as a result. This new energy is causing the release or transformation of everything that is not compatible with it’s frequency. Our old issues and old power structures can no longer exist in this new frequency in much the same way that digital and analog frequency cannot co-exist on your phone or television.

Sin embargo, anoche sentí que los mensajes que recibí eran pertinentes para todos. Me desperté esta mañana rodeada de una vibración de esperanza y anticipación — las emociones mismas que me fueron presentadas a lo largo de mi experiencia anoche.

Asimismo, esto tuvo una intensa claridad y un sentimiento físico de “presencia”, el cual para mí marca también una experiencia de ‘estar en dos lugares al mismo tiempo’ [bilocation]. ☁

El clima es más bien otoñal aquí en Nueva Inglaterra [New England], con temperaturas girando alrededor de los 50 F y una lluvia fría.

¿Se están sintiendo más malhumorados recientemente? Quizá se están preguntando si es solo el mundo volviéndose más loco, o si su nivel de tolerancia para las sandeces ha sido excedido.

Inclusive la persona más equilibrada pudiera haber tenido algunos momentos locos o caóticos esta semana pasada.

Los noticieros estuvieron llenos de noticias reportando tiroteos en masa en lugares típicamente tranquilos, angustiantes trendas económicas, nuevos levantamientos de ciudadanos, encubrimientos en el mundo de los negocios, e inclusive sobre el gobierno espiando en ciudadanos de la vida diaria.

Para mucha gente la ansiedad incrementa cuando digiere un desfile constante de eventos disturbantes.

Hay una intranquilidad en el aire, aunque no sientan que las noticias los están impactando a un nivel personal.

¡Ustedes lo pudieran estar sintiendo aún cuando no ven los noticieros!

Aquí, en los reinos espirituales, nuestra alegría por tu progreso en el camino hacia la plena conciencia se intensifica a medida que observamos las cifras crecientes de personas que a diario se convierten al Amor.

Es el espectáculo más increíble! Cada día, un gran número de ustedes renuncian a cualquier aspecto de sí mismos que de alguna manera es carente de Amor, y comienzan a abrazar su verdadera naturaleza con confianza y entusiasmo, y al hacerlo, están cambiando eficientemente tanto al mundo como a ustedes mismos.

No hay ninguna posibilidad de retirada de este sublime camino que han elegido seguir colectivamente, y en el que estamos viajando con ustedes para compartir y aligerar su carga.

Están pasando por un montón de cosas, cosas que necesitan liberar, y lo están haciendo con gran éxito, como sabíamos que sería, simplemente porque es la Voluntad divina para ustedes.

La Ley de Atracción es muy simple de entender y poner en práctica una vez que comprendes cómo funciona.

Pero también tiene una serie de “enemigos” que te pueden estar saboteando y a los que debes hacer frente si quieres atraer a tu vida lo que deseas: se trata de las quejas, los pensamientos negativos, la inacción, las creencias limitantes, las dudas… Y los no puedo.

Y sobre estos últimos, los “NO PUEDO”, voy a hablarte hoy.

Ellos te impiden lograr lo que quieres, te conectan con frecuencias bajas y hacen que te frustres, te falte motivación, bajen tus energías y tengas emociones negativas.
