Beloved Ones,
As we continue to move between the many realities presented to us at this time, moving from confusion, old mental programs, and especially the fear that can be strongly breathed, at this time, it is important that we use the proper tools to move between the many choices that are available to us and that we are just beginning to discover.
When I was writing the article about the New Moon in Gemini, I had a vision of a bright white stellated dodecahedron, which is the representation of the unity that not only we are but that we are with All That Is as well. This is the totality of all the previous templates - sacred geometry forms - and the one who works with the awakening of our Christed Essence, and the holographic nature of who we are.
This is about us expanding this stellated sacred figure that is already within ourselves, for it is the totality of who we truly are, unconditional love, compassion, and unity. All of it spreading from our heart center, linking our hearts to that of those who also are here to evolve, independently of what path they have chosen.
With this meditation we are not just going to protect ourselves but the seeds that we are birthing and that still need to flourish into our new reality, being responsible for watering and protecting them, until they are ready to be secured.
After sitting with our spine straight, in a comfortable position for us and doing what we previously feel better to calm our minds - chanting, being in silence, a bath etc. - we are going to call upon our Unified Selves, our main guide of all, light team and all the beings we feel connected to. We thank them for protecting us and our sacred space and help us in this meditation that we do with great love, and the pure intention to embrace higher levels of love.
After breathing and moving our consciousness form our mind to your heart center, we are going to visualize a small white stellated dodecahedron growing up from our hearts, as the sacred flower of life. When this sacred figure pass to be of a middle size, we are going to see coming from it a deep white ray from its center to All - connecting to humanity and to the Earth's Grid.
While we do this exercise, we are going to visualize the grid that unites us All and that in truth is us, for we are all part of Creation, even though we think of ourselves as being individualized beings. It is precisely this connection with All that exists the one that we are going to search, until we pass from feeling within our body to feeling, again, part of All.
Once we feel in communion with our True Essence, again, we are going to send love to everything and everyone that our Unified Self considers, remember that we, from our limited human view, cannot know or force it upon anyone or anything. However, the Illumined Aspect of us knows and will send this light and connection to everyone that is ready to connect with Unity Consciousness.
As you know, there are many at this time who are also wishing to do so, and then, in this conscious and respectful space, is that we connect with others who also desire this connection, is that we are going to help in the soul universal connection that is taking place at this time, and that is serving to liberate consciousness.
This white light touches everything that is ready to awake, from people to all forms of consciousness that dwell in our planet and in the many dimensions that exist within it. There are other souls who are not in our physical plane anymore, but that are trapped after leaving this earthly dimension, due to pain etc. and that are finally going to move into the light, as this Consciousness touches them.
The impact of our pure intention to connect with the Universal Heart Grid is beyond we can imagine, as well as the benefit of it, in terms of growing in love and expanding within many horizons that are there for us to show us a new way of being, living and thinking, for those who are ready to step from fear to love.
After this meditation, we are going to thank our guides and other Forces of Light and focus on our breathe again, moving back to our bodies, feeling them again, until we are ready to awake into our human reality and continue being fully present in our bodies.
It is important that after this exercise, for many will literally feel as if out of their bodies, eat something lightly that helps them anchor themselves in their bodies and earth. It can be a fruit or nuts...or anything that feels good to you and that helps you be grounded, again.
This is a very important time for us to begin remembering the power of unity, and unity is nothing but the harmonic way of living with All that exists, whether with a same or different form than the one we possess.

Querida Familia de Luz,
A medida que continuamos moviéndonos entre las muchas realidades que se nos presentan en este momento, pasando de la confusión, los viejos programas mentales y especialmente el miedo que se puede respirar fuertemente, en este momento, hacia un nuevo estado del ser de mas claridad, es importante que usemos las herramientas adecuadas para movernos entre las muchas opciones que tenemos disponibles y que recién estamos comenzando a descubrir.
Cuando estaba escribiendo este artículo, tuve la visión de un dodecaedro estrellado blanco brillante, que es la representación de la unidad que no solo somos, sino en la que también moramos con Todo lo que Es. Esta figura geométrica es la totalidad de todas las formas de geometría sagrada anteriores, y la que trabaja con el despertar de nuestra Esencia Crística, y la naturaleza holográfica de quienes somos, conectándonos de nuevo como Una sola Consciencia, que en realidad somos.
Se trata de integrar esta figura sagrada estelada, que ya esta en nuestro corazón, pues es la totalidad de lo que realmente somos, amor incondicional, compasión y unidad y expandirla hacia el Todo, para conectarnos y así poder actuar al unisono.Uniendo nuestros corazones al de aquellos que también están aquí para evolucionar, aunque hayan elegido un camino diferente.
Con esta meditación no solo vamos a protegernos a nosotros mismos, sino también a las semillas que estamos dando a luz y que aún deben florecer en nuestra nueva realidad, siendo responsables de regarlas y protegerlas, hasta que estén listas para ser ancladas.
Después de sentarnos con nuestra columna vertebral recta, en una posición cómoda y habiendo hecho antes lo que sintamos mejor para calmar nuestras mentes: cantar, estar en silencio, un baño, etc. vamos a llamar a nuestros Seres Unificados, nuestra guía principal de todas, y nuestros Guías, así como a todos los seres con los que nos sentimos conectados. Les agradecemos su protección y ayuda en esta meditación que hacemos con gran amor, y la intención mas pura de abrazar niveles mayores de amor.
Después de respirar y mover nuestra conciencia de nuestra mente al centro de nuestro corazón, vamos a visualizar un pequeño dodecaedro estrellado blanco que crece desde nuestros corazones, como la flor sagrada de la vida. Cuando esta figura sagrada pase a ser de un tamaño medio, veremos que sale de ella un rayo blanco profundo desde su centro al Todo y a Todos, conectándose con la humanidad y con la Rejilla de la Tierra.
Mientras hacemos este ejercicio, vamos a visualizar la rejilla de luz que nos une a Todos y que en verdad somos, porque todos somos parte de la Creación, aunque pensemos en nosotros mismos como seres individualizados. Es precisamente esta conexión con Todo lo que existe, la que vamos a sentir, hasta que pasemos de sentir nuestro cuerpo a sentirnos, nuevamente, parte de Todo.
Una vez que nos sintamos en comunión con nuestra Esencia Verdadera, nuevamente, vamos a enviar amor a todos los que nuestro Ser Unificado considere, recordad que nosotros, desde nuestra limitada visión humana, no podemos saberlo ni forzarlo sobre nadie ni nada. Sin embargo, el Aspecto Iluminado de nosotros sabe y enviará esta luz y conexión a todos los que estén listos para conectarse con la Conciencia de Unidad.
Como saben, hay muchas personas en este momento que también desean hacerlo, y desde este espacio consciente y respetuoso, es que nos conectamos con otros que también desean esta conexión, ayudando a liberar la conciencia colectiva.
Esta luz blanca toca todo lo que está listo para despertar, desde las personas hasta todas las formas de conciencia que habitan en nuestro planeta y en las muchas dimensiones que existen dentro de él. Hay otras almas que ya no están en nuestro plano físico, pero que están atrapadas después de abandonar esta dimensión terrenal, debido al dolor, etc. y que finalmente se moverán hacia la luz, cuando esta Conciencia las toque.
El impacto de nuestra mas pura intención de conectarnos con la Consciencia Universal está más allá de lo que podemos imaginar, así como el beneficio de ello, en términos de crecer en el amor y expandirnos dentro de nuevos horizontes, para aquellos que están listos a pasar del miedo hacia el amor.
Después de esta meditación, vamos a agradecer a nuestros guías y las Fuerzas de Luz, y volvemos a enfocarnos en nuestra respiración nuevamente, volviendo a nuestros cuerpos, sintiéndolos nuevamente, hasta que estemos listos para despertar en nuestra realidad humana y continuar estando completamente presentes en ellos.
Es importante que después de este ejercicio, ya que muchos se sentirán literalmente fuera de sus cuerpos, coman algo ligero que les ayude a anclarse en sus cuerpos y en la tierra. Puede ser una fruta o frutos secos ... o cualquier cosa que les haga sentir bien y que les ayude a estar anclado a la tierra nuevamente.
Estamos en un momento muy importante para que comencemos a recordar el poder de la unidad, y la unidad no es más que la forma armónica de vivir con Todo lo que existe, ya sea con una forma igual o diferente a la que poseemos.
