Take a long slow deep breath and allow your body to relax as you go back, back, back in your age until the time when you first became an adolescent. Remember the moment that defined the fact to you that “I am now a teenager. I am now an adolescent.”

Now as you think of that time again put yourself into the situation by looking down at your feet and seeing what you have on your feet and what are your feet standing on?
Are you standing on a carpet?
Are you standing on hard wood floor?
Linoleum floor?
Grass, the dirt, a beach, the water?
As you see how you are grounded into this particular expression,
this particular moment of becoming a teenager, of becoming an adolescent.

To access your Immortal Essence requires the use of a new "organ" of "other-worldly" sensation to be aware of a preciousness, an ultra-pristine purity, a crystal-like transparent radiance and power of ecstasy that is neither in the body nor outside the body. Because it is neither of space nor of time. It just Is. It is the Immortal Essence that is Me.

This is a part of becoming multi-dimensional here. This is a huge process that occurs over each's separation of time. As each unifies, this separation of time ceases to exist, therefore does access to higher dimensional existence.

Se lo llama así debido a la sabiduría en sus raíces y a la edad que se le reconoce. Nadie sabe realmente la edad del árbol a cuyo alrededor nos sentamos, en medio de la Abadía. Se dice que tiene al menos 700 años - la verdad es que tiene más de mil. Y un árbol es un símbolo y un maestro, y puede hoy ser un maestro, por un momento.

Y entonces le pido permiso a Gaia, desde las raíces, desde donde vino el árbol, para este breve mensaje y la enseñanza. Y no solo el árbol reconoce nuestra presencia aquí, sino que nos recuerda cuán jóvenes somos. Pero también ve algo más.
