Today we would like to focus yourattention upo n the power that exists within the present moment. Surely many of you have been told that the present moment is all that ever really exists. However it is our intention to share with you why the now moment is so transformational yet it is so often allowed to slip away while you focus on future events and past regrets.
We have shared with you that time is an illusion. We often refer to all time as being concurrent or simultaneous as each moment is simply another perspective of the now moment. Much of your energy is wasted upon your focus of “future” or “past” events. We often say that if you feel worried you are focused on the future, if you are sad or remorseful you are focused on the past and if you are at peace you are fully present in the now moment. Certainly you do have the ability to feel negatively in the present moment however it is only in the now moment that you have the ability to shift your perspective.

Dear friends!
Like many of you, I have receiving so much information lately. Some of it during mediation, but most of it has been in the form of articles, books or films that I have “stumbled across” or that others have found and have been guided to share with me. Much of this information is about the communication between our physical bodies, our consciousness and these “invisible energies”, and a recurring theme also seems to be scientific discoveries being made now that can confirm information that others have predicted or even channeled earlier. It is an amazing process of finding bits and pieces of information in one place that leads you to another, and finding connections between something that at first glance seems not to be connected at all. This is very much an ongoing process, one that so far also involves amongst others my sister and Philip, but I am certain that many of you will be involved in this kind of “collaborative efforts” in the time ahead – if you are not already very much a part of it. I am also certain that we will start to see more and more of this kind of information coming out now. Living With Divine Discomfort

This weekend an opposition from Saturn to the Sun and a semi-sextile from Venus to Neptune remind us that sometimes the best way to solve a problem is to simply let it go unsolved, to live with its questions hanging in the air, for a while at least, and see how that feels. If you’re anything like me it’ll niggle and nag away at you, stealing rest and peace while it occupies way too much of your energy and attention…. and then, gently, gradually, it will begin to take on a different hue. Francis made a speech on Friday to United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and the heads of major U.N. agencies, who met in Rome, The Associated Press reported.
Francis asked the U.N. to begin a “worldwide ethical mobilization” to embrace the poor with a spirit of generosity. He said policies must be developed to stop the root causes of poverty and hunger, ensure dignified labor for everyone, as well as protect our environment.
