We have said that as the position of your planet, relative to your star, approaches what will produce for you the phenomenon you call equinox, we will address the rising frequencies and intensity of energy that you are experiencing. And we will do so, although this is a topic that is frequently spoken and written of. We will approach it from a slightly different perspective, one of our favorite words, to give you a  larger picture.

Consider, firstly, that you are rising above the plane of the galactic equator for the first time in a very long time. This is putting you in a very different energy than you have been in for about twenty-six thousands of your spirals about your star. As you move further and further above this equator, your frequencies will change more and more.

This message is a full satisfaction for me, because it fully confirms at the end of all days my basic criticism of the tactics of the higher realms in shaping the ascension scenario. It was the subject of an extensive discussion with Sananda about two months ago, as this one half-heartedly apologized and largely withdrew from the responsibility with meaningless arguments.
The fundamental decision to prolong the final ascension in order to increase the yield of incarnated awakened souls “went thoroughly into the pants” (German saying for a “thorough failure”), because due to the long waiting the people on the ground were discouraged and turned away from the light, instead of making progress in their awakening. Only higher beings that are not subject to the constraints of linear time can be subjected to such a blunder. It was their lack of psychological understanding that drove them to this wrong decision.

Symptoms of Spiritual Awakening
by Annarita 1. Changing sleep patterns: restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or three times a night.

Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off and on during the day. There is something called the Triad Sleep Pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up, go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You can get by on less sleep. Lately I
have been experiencing huge waves of energy running into my body from the crown. It feels good, but it keeps me awake for a long time, then subsides. Advice: Get used to it. Make peace with it and don’t worry about getting enough sleep (which often causes more insomnia). You will be able to make it through the day if you hold thoughts of getting just what you need. You can also request your Higher Self to give you a break now and then and give you a good, deep night’s sleep. If you can’t go back to sleep right away, use the waking moments to meditate, read poetry, write in your journal or look at the moon. Your body will adjust to the new pattern.

Es como ser sacudidos dentro de un cilindro pulidor de piedras que ha estado puliendo todas nuestras asperezas hasta que emerjamos con una renovada claridad de propósito. Muchos de nosotros hemos tenido un anhelo de toda la vida por volver al "Hogar". Durante gran parte de nuestra vida pensábamos que el Hogar estaba en algún otro lugar, tal vez en otro mundo. Pero ahora, todo ha cambiado. No sólo estamos en las millas finales de la dualidad, sino que ahora nos estamos dando cuenta de que no tenemos que dejar este planeta para poder ir al Hogar; podemos crear nuestro Verdadero Hogar aquí en la Tierra.

Nuestras Posiciones Verdaderas son los lugares donde podemos encontrar nuestros Hogares Verdaderos. Nuestros Hogares Verdaderos no se encuentran en otra ubicación más que en nuestra Posición Verdadera. No todos necesitan vivir en sus Hogares Verdaderos en estos momentos, pero todos necesitamos estar en nuestras Posiciones Verdaderas.

Nuestro Hogar Verdadero no es sólo un lugar cómodo y familiar donde vivir, sino que representa un nivel de conciencia totalmente nuevo. Son los lugares de ser verdaderos en donde podemos vivir plenamente Vidas Verdaderas como Verdaderos. Los Hogares Verdaderos se encuentran en el Nuevo Paisaje y son los puntos de anclaje del Nuevo Paradigma. Son islas de la Realidad Ultra Mayor ubicadas en el mundo moribundo de la dualidad como brillantes joyas que van a estabilizar el vuelco inminente de los sistemas de realidad.

También hay un fuerte elemento de compleción en septiembre, la compleción de cosas que realmente nos han desafiado y han consumido mucha de nuestra energía. Esto nos trae una abundante cosecha de nuestros esfuerzos acumulados al recoger lo que tan diligentemente hemos sembrado en nuestras vidas. Yesterday the energy crescendo reached its preliminary peak for myself in the evening (Western Pacific time). I was retrieved from this reality after the intensity of the waves augmented suddenly and the vibrations were so huge that they seemed to disintegrate my body. For about several hours I did a huge and simultaneous introspection of my whole life and visited at the same time all the places and situations in Europe and now here in Canada that played an important role in my life. It was such a condense retrospection that it almost overwhelmed me, but fortunately my mind was already detached from my physical body and brain and was able to process this huge download of past information without any difficulties.
