Beloved Ones,
The period between Eclipses is a very important one, in which, we have to pay more attention and care to our physical bodies, especially on what we are focusing our intentional desire, as it creates our reality. We need periods of intense rest, as we could feel physically exhausted, and continue wanting to act, when we are not yet ready, will end up causing deep imbalances in our bodies.
Today we have the second eclipse, a very powerful New Moon Solar Eclipse at 10 degrees Taurus. An eclipse whose energies have been with us for a while and which are causing us many important physical sensations, as these energies are precisely meant to bring us profound body activations and the transformation we need to continue evolving, activating our light bodies and stepping into a more illumined state of being.
Astrologically I have already shared about this eclipse. I would like now to focus on the physical aspect for the ones who are non-stop working on DNA reconnection, healing, and light body activation. The eclipses are major activations events, and when we consciously choose to align with their energies we are triggering an important awakening, if we are beginning on this path, or initiating ourselves in higher levels of our ascension journey.
It will all depend on where you are on your unique path. However, we need to pay attention to our bodies as they clearly speak to us. This is a time in which many are experiencing many fears, located around the first and second chakras, especially fears of survival and abundance.
Anxiety is another sensation often felt when we are integrating. Anxiety can be physically experienced around the heart center, also in other parts of our bodies, such as the stomach and throat. This means we still have parts of are that are not unified and healed.
Anxiety is not just about wanting to live in past or future times, but about not being able to release wounds, heal emotionally, and wanting to move forward without having done the proper inner work. Anxiety is the way our bodies have to express where a certain blockage is located. If around the heart center, it will give us important information about what we have not yet treated emotionally and mentally.
Working with our heart Torus, visualizing it spiraling in a bright emerald green color, will help us heal and expand our heart center, clearing old wounds and lower energies, as we envision it spinning faster and faster. Although of course, this should be followed by the proper physical and emotional tools to be able to fully treat it.
When it occurs in the throat area is more about the unexpressed emotions and feelings that are trapped in that area and that need to be immediately released. The current energies from the eclipses are triggering this accumulation of repressed emotions, asking us to liberate these energies and restore our body centers.
To help us work on the dissolution of these fears and emotional attachments and wounds, working with the power of sacred Fire, choosing the Flames we are most guided, will assist us with the adequate inner work, to release them.
Guides invite us to ground ourselves at this time, which is also one of the main reasons for having the first chakra imbalanced, as Taurus's essence will facilitate this personal task. They offer us a black Obsidian, to help us be grounded, dissolve fears and direct the life force we embody through the earth into our first chakra.
It is important to weekly, or daily, as we need, cleanse ourselves, as during this time the energies are making some of us very tired, unable to sleep properly, and hence, functioning as we used to. Clearing treatments will allow the old energies to be dissolved and the new ones to flow throughout our entire body's chakra system.
Become the natural caretaker that you are, for you need your love, assistance, and care at this precious but intense time, as well as you too offer your help to others.
Supporting our bodies is essential for us to ascend in the physical. Many desire to receive more guidance, and revelations and be more connected to the Illumined Realms, but without the proper inner work, and care, we cannot allow this opening to take place.
Ascension only occurs when we are devoted to all of our bodies, physical and non-physical ones, equally. Clearing, treating them with utmost respect and care is pivotal to beginning a process of releasing years of unconscious poisoning, programs, etc. - so we can start building our bodies with illumined frequencies that will allow them to flourish, as the pure, and sacred Divine vehicles that they were created for us to be in this physical experience.
