Beloved Ones,
As we are passing through a very important phase on our ascension journey, and many of you will need to correct and recalibrate your light bodies, Gudies shared an exercise, a universal one for All who are guided or need to work on their light bodies at this time.
During eons our planetary Earth's grids, Merkabah, and many other important fabrics and structures have been deeply distorted and manipulated, creating many reversals that still continue to be part of our Earth plane, as well as of ourselves.
The importance of reversals is something that Guides reiterate for us to become aware of, so we can neutralize, remove, reprogram, and restore ourselves and the Earth plane.
We become aware when we are ready, we all possess both a divine and mental intelligence that is unique and advanced enough to detect the many reversals that are still part of us, and when we are prepared, the right guidance will come to us.
Now, let us focus on our light bodies and the correction of reversals of the two Merkaba triangles or star tetrahedrons, if they are running in opposite directions or have similar anomalies, for this is a very common manipulation in many star-seeded ones.
As always, feel free to change this exercise according to your own guidance, for it is the best one of all.
Sit in meditation, in your sacred space, with the spine straight for the energy and healing to run freely throughout your body. Then breathe, as many times as you need, until you connect with your body and then light vehicle, moving your consciousness from your 3D self to your divine one.
Call upon your Guides, the benevolent beings you work with, and above all your Unified Self, which is your main guide of all. As I always emphasize calling upon our Guides needs to be specified, as when we generally call upon Guides, if we do not specify, many other beings may join our field, and they may not be benevolent.
After having prepared ourselves and our bodies, we now are ready to start visualizing a tetrahedron, which when visualized in the right order is a benevolent tool to help us reconnect our human self with our divine one, as well as to correct our Merkabah structure.
Visualize yourself within this tetrahedron structure. Feel it and interact with it, for it is your Consciousness giving form to it, in the non-physical, to help you achieve the correction desired.
Then, visualize our central sun infusing the tetrahedron with its powerful solar fire light, burning, transmuting, in its sacred Fire, all lower emotions, thoughts, debris, programs, and implants in your lower triad chakras, and in your entire body.
Visualize yourself under the protection and transmutative power of the Sol Fire, and then when you are ready, see how it vanishes taking away all that was false and distorted.
Now, do the same procedure with the Aurora Fire Lights, which is similar to the Aurora Borealis colors. Infuse the tetrahedron with the Aurora Lights until you feel renewed replenished, and reconnected, for these are Higher Fires can help us restore our divine vehicles better than for example the Violet Flame, which only transmutes until the seventh-dimensional levels.
Then, visualize the tetrahedron starting to shrink until you place it in your heart center. So now, the tetrahedron has passed from surrounding your entire self to remain in your heart chakra.
Now shift from the Aurora colors to the purest and brightest White light, connecting and extending it into your Merkaba body again, surrounding you with it, and starting the correction of the two-star tetrahedrons.
See your masculine star tetrahedron rotating clockwise, and the female one rotating in a counter-clockwise.
Visualize this White Light running through both of your light body triangles (star tetrahedrons) and visualize them rotating in their right directions, in bright white light, for it is the one representing who you are, a 12th-dimensional being.
The Light of your God Self, of the 12th God dimensions, corrects the symmetry of your light body-star masculine (upward tetrahedron) and female (downward) tetrahedrons, bringing them into the right position.
Visualize yourself now within your light body, both star tetrahedrons moving in the right direction, spinning faster and faster until you are surrounded by a White Orb.
Then thank your Guides, the Auroras, and other beings you may have called as well, and feel yourself replenished and in perfect resonance and alignment with your light vehicle, female and masculine energies, and 12th-dimensional God Self
Ground yourself and repeat this exercise, as many times as guided, until you scan your light body and feel it has been corrected.
