Life does have its challenges, where some normal day-to-day routine challenges can become difficult with little notice.
There is so much for you to complete every day, you have goals and dreams that you are working each day, one step at a time to accomplish as well as the mundane tasks from your professional and personal life that require your attention plus the time you give to develop your spiritual nature.
When chaos hits, all that you have been maintaining and balancing becomes an unravelled mess in a short time and you are left with the feeling you must rush to put it all back together again while dealing with the emotional impact that the experience has delivered.

When chaotic situations strike, they seem to come out of nowhere and the quality of life you were enjoying becomes spoiled by the unneeded stress and discomfort that joins with difficult situations.
It is essential to your emotional and mental health dear ones to develop methods and ways to deal with chaotic situations effectively while maintaining dignity and respect for yourself and respect for anyone who is part of the situation.
Discovering ways to bring in peace and calm while there is a chaotic storm brewing will bring healing to your psyche with tremendous and uplifting results that will be felt by your total self.
It is always possible dear ones to work through any chaotic moment with minimal conflict and you do this by being mindful of your reactions and responses.
This may appear to be a difficult task while you are weathering the negative effects of a negative situation, but what you learn from what you observe of yourself during difficult moments provides you with more knowledge to how to effectively deal with chaotic situations in a more mindful manner that doesn’t invite further chaos from developing.
It may seem unrealistic when you try to maintain a calm, cool and collected demeanor during a difficult situation, but when you succeed you will be grateful for the extra effort you applied to maintain self-control, to bite back your biting tongue and respond in a kinder and more compassionate way.
Remember dear ones, being right all the time is not always the best way, you will quickly learn being happy is more important than trying to prove your point.
Calmness is a state of mind that can always be attained regardless what is moving about your external world. Make time to discover and explore ways to bring calm and relaxation into your day, and learn which methods are most effective for when your day has been a little rougher.
As you search for ways to enhance peace and tranquility into your life, don’t become overly stressed with your search. Allow your heart to draw you and trust where it leads.
You will find new and wonderful ways to alleviate stress and discord from your physical body that will have rewarding benefits for the rest of your Self.
As you search for other ways that are helpful to bring in more peace and calm into your life that will teach you how to cope with stressful situations, remember dear ones each person you meet and discuss your situation with will have their own coping methods that matches the pace of their energy.
When you are looking for new ways to bring peace and calmness into your life tune-in to your energy, to the rhythm of your heart and allow your heart to lead you to new an invigorating aromas, renewing methods, and uplifting ways of living and being – welcome change and allow the positive changes you are bringing become a source of peace and well-being.
As you are facing a chaotic situation, try to understand it. This is a daunting task but a necessary one.
Evaluate your energy level, assess the flow of your energy and your state of mind and determine with pure honesty how bad the situation is – don’t exaggerate.
Remember dear ones, your feelings are temporary, when you are feeling frustrated or angry from a situation, this feeling doesn’t have to stay, you can remove it at any time.
Learn from the situation, discover how you can grow and develop from it.
Chaos is not just about making your life difficult it’s also about letting go of old ways that you have been carrying for a very long time and they are building to the point of exploding, once you let go and release your fears the heaviness of the situation also dissolves and solutions begin to come to you.
Don’t fear the changes, allow them to come, welcome them with an open heart and open mind – making peace with the changes will liberate you and bring you closer to embracing your authentic self and what a beautiful moment that is dear ones.
As you move through your difficult situation don’t forget to give yourself some necessary kindness and stop thinking you are never going to get anywhere or do anything special because you are exactly where you need to be gaining the tools that will help you with future events and yes each of you are equally special in the eyes of God and to us.
Learning to let go of the internal struggle can be hard, but one we encourage you to do. Trust that God has you on this path for a reason and He would never give you anything you could not handle. He knows your potential and He knows of your tendency to overthink.
Permit yourself to Just Be, trusting in the Universe, and in God knowing you will be provided Love, and Light energy each step of your journey – so go ahead and tackle those difficult situations with a peaceful mind that is focused on Love.
We have something for you to try next time you are feeling overwhelmed from a situation you have faced. This requires you to work on your visualization skills and imagination.
Choose a colour for a balloon, a balloon that will hold helium so it can float easily. Now dear ones fill up your balloon with all your frustrations, all your fears, hurts, struggles, even those difficult people who never seem to leave you alone.
Tie the balloon at the end when you are done and let the balloon go. Instead of filling the balloon with helium your negative feelings, emotions and thoughts are there and you are watching it float away and when the balloon rises high enough into the sky you will see it burst into nothingness and with the pressure of the air and current all those troubles you added into the balloon dissolve as well.
This exercise dear ones will help clear out some necessary space in your mind as well in your heart, body and soul in order to attract new positive situations into your life.
The sooner you are able to control your feelings, emotions and thoughts, the sooner your body begins to relax and feel at peace once again.
Understand if you are still feeling some lingering frustrations, worry or anxieties you may need to repeat the exercise at a time when you are feeling calmer and you are at a better state of mind. Trust in yourself to know when it is time to cleanse yourself of unneeded negative energy.
When you have attained true calmness, it will not matter what is happening in the outside world because your inside world is calm and your mind is at peace.
Allowing yourself to think and to be positive means that when you find yourself with a negative thought or reaction you are redirecting this negative energy into becoming more positive and uplifting.
When your mind tells you, “I can’t”, remember there is no such thing as ‘can’t’ unless you have tried every possible way. Without trying you don’t know what you can or cannot do and when you try you give it your all – heart and soul and the outcome will be positive.
Each of you carries the tools already to create a more positive outlook on life, you simply need to begin believing in yourself more and talking yourself through every negative thought with love and compassion.
Believe you can and you will.
If your life seems to be progressing at a rate you are not comfortable with, possibly it’s moving too fast or too slow, it is up to you set up some boundaries and to remember this life you are leading requires your ability to control it.
No matter who you turn to for comfort, advice or support, it is up to you to learn how to handle everything that comes your way and to be aware of your reactions. Your life and what you make of it, is your responsibility – no one else’s.
Take the time dear ones to learn why you are reacting in a negative way and learn how to turn your reaction into positive movement that is will promise to attract more light-loving experiences.
Once you gain control of your feelings, emotions and thoughts during any chaotic moment you will be able to continue working on working on your internal state of mind.
Practicing often throughout your day to be at peace and to be calm will help you achieve calmness and peace during difficult situations. It is a glorious feeling to be able to be active in the life you are living while maintaining peace and calm on the inside.
Even though at first change can be hard, change is always good. Embrace where your path is leading even if you don’t know its entire direction, trust that God is with you each step of your journey, sharing His Brilliant Light and Infinite Love during each move you make.
As you raise your peaceful vibration, peace will settle and you will discover the love and joy you have within you will filter out and touch everything to deliver you into a perpetual state of bliss and tranquility that each of you deserves.
And so it is…
