As you know, in this eighth universal year of soul and monadic reconnection, I have been sharing constantly about the importance of healing soul disconnection. The majority of the time, although we are all unique and have our own personal history and way of managing energies, soul disconnection is the main reason for not receiving guidance and light activations from your God's Source.
It is also one of the main common reasons why people feel lost and confused, feeling deep within themselves they have a mission but are not yet sure which one it is.
This is not because there is something wrong with you or because of what others have done to you, but because there is soul disconnection, and you have not yet built the silver cord or hara line, also called Antahkarana in the Sanskrit language.
I have sessions daily and the majority of you have great abilities and gifts which are not yet developed due, in part, to not having built your hara line. I have created this image, without any beautification, as simple and humble as I could, to show you how to build the silver cord, which was the purpose of why I am learning digital art to be able to show what I write about or try to. It is a basic image but hopefully, easy-to-understand one in which I show you the basics of how we build our hara line.
Our hara cord is silver, as I have seen it sometimes in gold. Gold is the color of our soul and monad, although as many of you know when we reach the monadic dimensions, and anchor our silver cord there, reconnecting to our monad, the color shifts to a white-bluish one, as the higher the dimension the whiter, until reaching our 12th dimensional God Self.
The silver cord is born out of our navel in two directions, Above and Below. As we are 3D beings it is rare to have imbalances from the navel downwards. Where we commonly need to start building or fortifying our cord is from the navel, which is more or less in the third energetic layer of it, a bit below the navel.
This is where we consciously visualize our silver cord, moving it towards each chakra, until we reach the soul, which I have represented as my Guides invited me with a golden orb, for the soul has no form or shape, unless we decide so and become physical.
Once we have anchored our silver cord in our soul, we can then proceed to anchor it on the monad, reconnecting to our 144 soul tribe and the totality of who we are in essence.
If we are willing to continue, when we are ready, this cord continues until the three flames of Creation, Above of the monad, which I have also put Below, in the image, for as it is Above it is Below.

To be able to remain balanced and in total alignment with our God's Source, this step is pivotal, for it is how we truly remain in soul communion, receiving the light activations and transmissions required for our personal journey.
The symbol that appears Below together with the three flames of Creation, represents the trinity, which is what we achieve by doing this exercise, unity with our soul and monad, descending our personal mission, and acting as One, as a trinity, within this 3D plane.
Accompanying this technique with a decree emerging from your heart is essential to inform your soul and monad of your conscious decision to align with them, acting as One in our physical world.
The more we fortify the hara cord the more connected we are, and the more we receive, in our own way, for we are not meant to be in disconnection, unless we desire so, as there are many choices in our plane, or unless we have trauma or other similar painful experiences that impede us to fully be connected, and then healing is required to retrieve this connection.
