1. Climb onto your magnificent unicorn and let it carry you down a shaft of pure white light into Hollow Earth, the vast seventh-dimensional chakra in the centre of Earth where every being, every civilization or culture that has ever incarnated is represented in etheric form.
2. Your unicorn glides with you through this wonderland and you can see magnificent dragons, people from ancient cultures, animals and many beings of light.
3. In the very centre of Hollow Earth is a vast shimmering crystal pyramid. Step off your unicorn and enter it.
4. Here waiting for you is Lady Gaia, a huge, wondrous blue-green angel.
5. She opens her heart, which radiates pink light, and gives you a warm smile of welcome.
6. She reminds you how much she loves you and wants you on Earth.
7. She places her hand on your heart and you may feel it buzz or glow. Then she places your original invitation to Earth into it.
8. She reactivates it with a special high-frequency humming sound.
9. Know you belong. Feel it in your heart.
10. Remain with Lady Gaia as long as you need to.

12. Return to your unicorn, who takes you back through Hollow Earth to the place where you started.
