ENERGY UPDATE 
The full moon energy is starting to pull you in so insomnia, anxiousness, restlessness and vulnerability will be heightened for the next week.
The spikes and blackouts in the Schumann Resonance is increasing the exhaustion of the body and is increasing the purging of the system.
You may be feeling achy, stiff and inflamed as the spikes take a toll on the physical body and you may be noticing an increase in mood swings again.
Moodiness is normal but going from totally fine to an out of the blue panic attack to suddenly needing to cry or laugh hysterically. Just trust the process and feel whatever is coming up for you.
The pain in the knees, hips and lower back are also increases due to these spikes. This is a great time to get into nature and move the body so all of the stuck, stagnant energy has somewhere to go.
Vision changes continue as well as digestive stuff still occurring. Who else is noticing the spasms, twitching and pulsing in the sacral chakra area below the belly button? Isn’t it strange?
Please know that you are not crazy and the collective is taking massive upgrades and healing big shit and you are sensitive to that. Also, a lot of you are starting to be touched or contacted by spirit physically and if this makes you uncomfortable tell them to stop but before you do that, see if you can ask and feel who it is and what they want. Being connected to spirit is out divine right as we ascend. Might as well learn to work with it.
