ENERGY UPDATE 
Spikes in the Schumann resonance continue as solar storms increase. You will feel this in your body as muscle aching, weakness, vision changes and lots of upgrades to the throat and third eye.
Digestion..... oh digestion. This too shall pass.
It’s funny, there’s still quite a bit of escapism energy available to us so we may be over eating, over drinking, over medicating, etc when what we need now is to detox the system and the physical body.
The odd sacral chakra spasms and twitching are back. And the ears continue to receive a lot of attention through upgrades to the upper chakra.
Teeth/jaw pain is still very much an experience many can’t wait to end. All of this is contributing to a lot of changes to the upper body from heart up.
So many things shifting right now. Try not to obsess over these symptoms or whether you’re crazy or not or making all of this up. We’ve all been there and this is a time in which YOU decided to incarnate and experience this transition from carbon based material to crystalline light and that’s going to feel like something so trust the process and keep healing. And for the love of goddess, please forgive yourself.
