Greetings and Salutations! My Beautiful Beings of Light.
All ahead now at warp speed. The energies are ramping up stronger and stronger
each month Do you feel it My Beloveds?.
It is the moment in NOW to go within yourselves to ground
and center in order to maintain your personal inner harmony and balance. In
times of high energy it is extremely important for each of you to watch your
stress levels My Beloveds.
Even though it appears to be chaotic on this side you are
emerging on the other side of the energy vortex in a more centered and higher
vibrational place. The higher vibrations My Beloved Angels of Grace are going to
feel so much better to your highly sensitive natures.
Those however that have not done their inner clearing and
releasing work may find it uncomfortable. There are many that haven’t made this
leap My Beloveds, please hold these beautiful Beings in your prayers, they are
in pain. It is through prayer for the individual’s benevolent outcome and
highest good that is of most benefit for this purpose, by the way.
Prayer is one of the highest honors that you can share with
another. The Creator listens to each word as The Creator also receives the
emotions and feelings that accompany those words. You see the emotions and
feelings My Beautiful Beings of Light relay the true nature of the verbal
language. The Universe doesn’t use verbal language to communicate so when you
are wanting to really get something across make sure and feel the emotions very
strongly to communicate what your true intent is My Beloved Beings of Light.
Praying also as if you have already received what you are
requesting is another tip for putting the right spin on prayer, My Beloveds.
Your prayers are all heard and answers are forthcoming in ways you may not
necessarily connect with. Put your prayers out into the Universe and then allow
the prayer to be answered knowing that your answers may come in very unusual
non-verbal ways. The Universe speaks through light, color, sound, tone and
symbols. Please allow and intend for yourselves to perceive the answers in
easily understandable modes without putting expectations of how that
communication will take place.
Prayer is your communication system with the Divine, My
Beloveds. It is your connective link with The Creator. You are actually praying
through your heart My Divine Beings of Grace not your mind. Do you see now why
words are not the total conduit?
That might also explain that if your words do not match
what your heart was relaying in feelings and emotions that the communication
turned out garbled and disconnected. My Beloveds when your words, feelings and
emotions are not in sync the Universe has no way of knowing what your true
intent was and how best assist you.
This same mixed message communication may also reveal for
you why sometimes your own human relationships become off kilter, since your
words may not be aligned with your feelings and emotions, the other person has
no way of perceiving your true dialogue intent. It important for the words you
are saying to not match the feelings and emotions that the heart is
communicating with. Just FYI the heart is interacting with the other person’s
energy fields at all times.
Allow this Messenger to take you on a mediation journey to
practice heart based communications.
Sit in a chair or lie down whichever is your preference.
It’s time to be comfortable and undisturbed for a while as you journey within
yourself through meditation.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths in and out.
Visualize with each in breath, you are breathing in love and renewal. With each
out breath, you are breathing out pain, fear, frustrations and doubts.
With the last out breath feel your body relaxing. Allow and
give yourself permission to feel the calm, peace and serenity of this safe
place.
My Beloveds ask your ego self to perch on your left
shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this
journey, it is not to participate.
Through prayer to The
Creator please ask The Creator to share with you a translucent golden shield of
light. Visualize it all around you forming a bubble from head to toe protecting
you from all outside influences and giving you warmth, radiance, light and
power. Negatives will simply bounce harmlessly off your shield of protective
light.
My Beloveds, The Creator has responded to your prayer. Your
protective bubble has been supplied. The energies for this bubble will continue
to flow from The Creator, cycling back down through you again, and back to The
Creator in a continuous circular loop while you are in meditation.
You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing
can even communicate with you, that is not for your highest good, without your
permission.
Breathe in deeply My Beautiful Beings of Light and sense
the lighter relaxed feelings of being divinely protected & guided into this
meditation. Breathe in deeply and know that you are breathing to the Pulse of
The Creator.
Breathe in deeply allowing, seeing and sensing within your
Spiritual Imagination your Guardian Angels and invited Spirit Guides as they
join you now. The Angels take your Spiritual Etheric Essence Hands and guide
you out of your physical body. The Angels then direct you into your Etheric
Spiritual Heart Chakra. An Angel is staying with your physical essence until you
return from your meditation journey.
My Beloveds, You are visualizing, seeing, feeling and
sensing this within your imagination, Your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and
special invited guests are with you now within your Spiritual Heart Chakra. Your
Angels and Guides are helping you locate the Golden Door that says “To My
Highest Guidance Within”. In your imagination you have located the Golden Door
and now you turn the Etheric Spiritual Door Knob, opening the door as you cross
over the threshold knowing that you are on a Spiritual Growth Adventure.
You find yourself in a White Marble Corridor. Today your
Angels whisk you off down the hallway to the 2222 door to your left. You observe
the label on the door and it simply has the symbol of a heart in beautiful deep
pink. You turn the door knob, cross over the threshold and find yourself in a
soft pink room with a bit of a golden glow. The only furniture in the room is an
old soft brown leather chair with a foot stool. It looks very inviting and so
you have a seat.
Your Angels hand you a magical mirror and they ask you to
hold it right in front of your heart. The Angels explain that in the mirror you
can see any cords there that need to be removed along with any debris that has
not been cleared out of the Heart Chakra. You surprise yourself by seeing lots
of clutter and some cords that need to be severed. No wonder you tell yourself,
that others have been confused by what you have been communicating to them.
There is no way that clear anything could have been perceived with this much
debris going on in the most important communication tool in your Essence, your
heart.
The Angels can tell that you are concerned and they assure
you that this is fixable. First the Angels explain that it is the moment in NOW
to put the intent out to clear your heart.
Simply close your eyes your Angels instruct, sense in your
imagination your heart opening and closing with each inhale and exhale. Now take
three deep breaths feeling yourself breathing through your heart. Place your
hands on your Solar Plexus and feel yourself becoming calm and centered and
grounded. Take three more deep breaths through your heart and feel the stress
completely leaving your body. Do a little mini body scan and release any
remaining tension or tightness you might find there. Don’t be concerned, all
that is necessary is to give intent to release the tension or tightness your
Angels with your request and invitation will handle the rest for you. It is
their privilege to serve you in this way.
Once you feel completely centered your Angels will hand you
a pair of magic scissors and you will begin cutting the cords one by one. You
may sense a poof as you cut them and they are immediately vaporized. Continue on
until all the cords are cut.
Next your Angels are holding a pail in front of your heart.
They ask you if you give them permission to complete the debris removal. You nod
your head in acceptance and allow them to begin removing any further debris that
is blocking your heart from being in alignment.
Interestingly you find yourself sensing an inner relief as
the clearing is progressing and taking place. It feels like being unburdened by
something. You begin to feel much more clear in your thought patterns and begin
to feel more at ease in your body. You had no idea how bad you really were
feeling. You had been ignoring yourself and your inner work way too long.
The Angels have finished and they now take the bucket that
is filled to the brim with debris and vaporize it in front of you. Tears of
gratitude are rolling down your cheeks as you express your gratefulness to your
Angels for their assistance. Your Angels respond that they are always at your
service and would be delighted to help you facilitate a clearing at any time,
they simply need your invitation and request.
The cleaning complete the Angels hold the magic mirror at
your heart again and ask you now to think of the word “love”. You do as they
request and you see the word “love” form in your mind and at the same time the
emotions and feelings of “love” illuminate in your heart. You are noticing that
they are now emitting the same tone in your energy fields. Your Angels are
telling you that you are now calibrated and coordinated between your words and
your heart’s emotions and feelings.
Your Angels are giving you some homework. They want you to
begin practicing daily breathing through your heart by simply closing your eyes
and sensing in your imagination your heart opening and closing with each inhale
and exhale. See that breath going out into all of your energy fields. Next clear
all cords and debris daily your Angels advise, this is the best way to stay in
sync.
You feel so at peace and at ease with this exercise. You
tell yourself that this is something that you can do on a daily basis. You set
an appointment with yourself to work with this clearing right before you fall
asleep at night, so that you won’t take any of that trash into your dreams.
You thank the Angels and they tell you that it is now time
to return. You get up from the comfortable chair and walk back over to the door.
You cross back over the threshold where
you instantly find yourself back
in the White Marble Corridor.
You catch a glimpse of your
glowing Essence in the mirror, smiling as you feel clear and centered. Your
Angels lead you back across the threshold of the Golden Door Within, back into
your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist the return of your Spiritual
Essence back into your physical form.
Take a deep breath to help you
reorient as you wiggle your fingers and toes. When you are ready open your eyes.
Go about your day remembering that your Inner Higher Wisdom and Angelic support
staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest
most appropriate potential. Listen for those first thoughts that pop into your
awareness and know without a shadow of a doubt that you are receiving daily
spiritual guidance.
Beloveds you are blessed beyond
words and loved beyond measure, more than any Earth Plane language can ever
express.
