2. Sit quietly and visualise a place or situation that needs pure ascension light. This can be anywhere of your choice.

3. Invoke Archangel Metatron to access the Ascension Pool, and ask him to dispense this pure light to your chosen area.

4. See golden orange light pour out from the mighty pool above the great Pyramid of Giza.
