You first have to trip over things a few times before you realize that they are there and that you have to go around them or step over them, and we are speaking about your lives physically, literally, and metaphorically. You went forth to experience a series of lifetimes there on Earth, and you went into it knowing that it would be hard, and we all incarnated there on Earth also knowing that it would be hard. None of us came forth into physical bodies and were fully our ascended master selves upon birth. We did have a lot of help in getting to where we eventually arrived, as far as our spiritual evolution is concerned.
