A very "quiet" day energetically, yet much is occurring.... We have very contracted frequencies, while also having expansion at the same time. The physical body is continually clearing, needing lots of love, care, sunLIGHT to assist with the activation and integration process....


These frequencies offer peace while the body clears cellular memory, and "squishing" pushes anything up out of the cells, while also contracting the cells, bones, body... so physical/emotional pain can be felt more when this occurs, while also trying to expand at the same time. It can create a mixed affect....

Your potential is such that with the right belief you can do anything that you put your mind to, and as you raise your vibrations so your potential increases. Positive thinking already works for you, and perhaps a typical example is self-healing. Again it is a question of self-belief and a positive approach to what it is you desire to achieve. In time you will become so successful at self-healing, that using your powers will become second nature. Naturally in groups it is increased exponentially, but even so it will only happen as long as the soul is free from karmic issues that may cause it to be blocked.

The world is going through a period of cleansing as outstanding karmic issues are cleared. The result is consistent problems that are not helped by the efforts of the dark Ones who try to impose their changes upon you. Their success is being limited by the Forces of Light who follow all activities taking place. You are soon to reach a point where their power to interfere with your lives will be prevented. Already they are experiencing limitations, and losing the power that convinced them they would be successful in completing controlling Humanity. It will not be allowed, and Mankind is gradually being released from their hold.

Clearing debris from your past

Many of you have been having challenges.  Whether they are large or small challenges, physical or environmental, whatever it is these major shifts of energy have taken much of your energy over the last several months. This is understandable for many different reasons. We also tell you dear ones that you basically had to clear a lot of the energy from the past. Many times, those of you who have walked forward willingly to step into new energy have left things unsettled It is not absolutely necessary that you always go back and fix everything in your past. That is not needed. What happens, dear ones, is that it builds to an energetic level almost as if you can carry it in your physical being. In other words, what takes place is that you may have an interaction with someone that you love, and perhaps you say something that hurts them.

Contestamos estas preguntas para tí y tus lectores. Nuestro mensaje comienza con, “El cambio es AHORA, pero sólo lo pueden percibir cuando su conciencia resuene con la quinta dimensión y más allá”. Deseamos recordarles que cuando decimos “AHORA”, no estamos hablando del ahora 3D en el cual es el “tiempo de hacer algo”. Cuando decimos AHORA, significamos que es “el AHORA en el cual ustedes dejan la ilusión del tiempo”. Dentro de este AHORA pueden experimentar el Cambio porque su conciencia está calibrada con la quinta dimensión.

Las fuerzas de la oscuridad que han trabajado contra la Ascensión de Gaia desde la caída de la Atlántida han perdido su batalla por controlar la Tierra. Sin embargo, el proceso de “limpieza” tomará más “tiempo” 3D para ser completado. Afortunadamente, muchos de nuestros voluntarios están abriendo portales a la quinta dimensión, y sosteniéndolos abiertos.

Peeking Into The Fifth Dimension

We Pleiadians are all “a-buzz” in preparation for our next phase of contact. What that next phase is will depend greatly on whether or not our friends and family on Earth are ready for a clearer, more third dimensional experience of our presence in their reality. First off, I would like to explain my statement about our “friends and family.”

As you may know, many of us have taken an earth vessel for a certain amount of your “time.” During that “time” we made friends that were as close as our Pleiadian family on the Ship. When we returned to our true Pleiadian self on the Ship, we invited you, our earth-friends, to join us on the Ship in your fourth-dimensional night body.

Many of you have indeed visited us on the Ship in your fourth-dimensional, astral body while your physical form slept. Some of you have come to the Ship to use our “Regeneration Chamber” to heal an illness or injury. Others have come to attend one of our many educational meetings, or to just visit your friends.

It was my "plan" and intention to write this Note before the Soulstice Full Moon Gateway, knowing that celestial events don’t necessarily happen on Earth’s exact timetable. I was guided not to; my energy was reeling from the powerful calibrations of the Gateway, so was told to rest. So I thought, “I’ll write about it on the day of the Gateway;” yet by then the energies were really flowing, knocking me off my feet on the day of the Gateway. The energies had really really knocked me out. I am reminded that we can make plans yet flow with the energy, for plans may shift. Plans and intentions simply do not fit into the New. We can have an idea, yet it is best to follow our energy, for it will guide us. There just is no room for set plans and intentions, for while they may come from our desire to express Divine Will, they really are based in the intellect and there is no control or making something occur when your energy is not aligned with what is.
