As the energies continue to encourage you to acknowledge and release what is looking to be healed, you are getting down to the deep emotions – the ones that have been tamped down and resisted for a very long time. The energetic theme a great many enlightening human beings are dealing with is unresolved grief.

For many of you over the course of your many lifetimes, grief was experienced time and again and merely stuffed down in order to soldier on, to do what was expected of you, to be brave, to be stoic, or to try to follow a martyred paradigm.

You have grief from the loss of loved ones, from being wrongfully accused, for making choices you haven’t forgiven yourselves for, for ways you have not loved or honoured yourselves, from not being honoured and accepted for who you really are, or choosing to stay in situations that you knew were not right for you because you felt afraid and disempowered.

There is much grief from the misuse of power, either from your own actions, or from being on the receiving end of the misuse of power from others. It is not an exaggeration to say many old souls have centuries of unresolved grief that is looking to be healed and released. But do not let that overwhelm you! The beauty of the shift on your planet is that it is helping you to heal and release all that old pain once and for all.

Grief is an energy, like any other, that has been a recurring theme, but it is not an unsurmountable mountain. It is just being amplified at the moment in order to get your loving attention. The sudden tears many are experiencing is simply the body starting to lovingly release that accumulation of energy.

The key to letting go of grief is to first create a safe, loving space for yourself to acknowledge it. Do not make yourself wrong, or weak, or judge yourself in any way for it. See it for what it is, a demonstration of how deeply you care, and how tender and loving you really are. But the first step is to stop resisting it, to honour the process, and to allow the emotions and the body to do what it needs to do to allow the energetic shift that is the healing of grief to begin.

It is so important to love and accept yourself through the acknowledgment and healing of grief. Acceptance and forgiveness, both for the situation and all people involved, are very important. You may need a while to get to the point of forgiveness and acceptance. But the wonderful news is the energies are assisting you, your guides and helpers want to help you, and are completely available to you through the process, and you are masterful at moving energy by this point in your enlightenment process.

The biggest step is always the acknowledgment of what is begging for your attention, what wishes to be loved, healed, and transformed to step out of resistance and begin to move forward, to shine and thrive in the ways that match the energies and potentials of the now. ~Archangel Gabriel

This good advice began when parents advised their children that going into a social situation that could get them into trouble with drugs, sexual abuse, or criminal behavior might be a potential bad outcome. The advice is to use your “street sense” when being more aware could save you from getting into trouble and instead leave those situations. This goes along with “take what you want and leave the rest” or “everyone resonates only with what is in their highest good”.

The thing is, it is generic advice intended for the physical world. Following it when facing potential spiritual experiences can stop you from going into greater levels of your spiritual advancement.

But there is a catch: so called “spiritual energies” can be just as dangerous as physical ones, and from the perspective of the purity of your Soul, much more dangerous if they are not carefully chosen.

She’s come undone she didn’t know what she was headed for….. Sound familiar? We are literally in a star trek episode where there is a Vulcan mind melt and a beam me up Scotty machine that has gone awry. The best laid plans of mice and men was once and always will be a truth. Amidst all this turmoil from the chaos theory reality show, there is an underlying pulse of something big coming to the surface. Like any minute one of the great ones will be reborn again, into this age of discovery. I have been feeling the essence of Kennedy and Lady Di, Mother Theresa, and even Joseph Smith stirs into awareness. This surprised me but I was shown a very long line of notable persons waiting to come back to earth at this time. That very thing tells me they know something we do not and maybe; just maybe; this cosmic ride will right itself. Like one learning to paddle board against a north wind, some times life is just tough, but you have no choice but to keep going forward. I think there will be a lot of emotional laundry that will need extra cleaning this summer as we end the summer with 2 powerful eclipses in August, pushing us deeper into a learning that demands our undivided attention. Expectations will soar out the window like flying monkeys. Expecting anything will damper the results. Like a child on their first Christmas expect nothing and expect it all, with wide eyes and wonder.

The Lyrans are primarily a feline-humanoid race. They have a very long history with the earth. Other species exist in Lyra and have made contact with humanity.

This feline Lyran race helped with the seeding of various species and most importantly from our point of view, contributed to the seeding of the human race. Lyrans also seeded the Pleiades, Vega, Orion and Sirius. Some of these Lyran colonists made contact here during the Lemurian and Atlantean periods.

One of the great strengths of the Lyran civilisation was its pioneering spirit. In Captain Kirk fashion to boldly go where no-one has gone before. Whereas the Lyrans were pioneers of time/space the colony of Vega were more concerned with exploring the inner worlds.

This transmission is designed to help you with our current shift from a 3D reality to a 5D reality.
