The results were an indication of just how ready America is for a new reality, the NESARA Republic. These are to be gold-backed and to signify the formal collapse of the illegal Federal Reserve. This new governance is being established to end an old system that months ago began its final plunge into obscurity. The new Republic is to bring you an international jubilee that is to remove all debt and give you the freedom and control to start anew. In this new reality, you are to flourish and be empowered to use your prosperity to achieve your passion. This reality shift is to provide the necessary oversight to ensure that those who controlled you are to be truly isolated from you. These approaching times are to be a period when you reconnect with your spiritual and space families. The old fears and doubts within you are to swiftly fade away!

Have you had nights with only a few hours of sleep lately? Do you wake up one or more times and can’t go back to sleep for hours? Or do you get no sleep at all on some nights, no matter how tired you are? We’re doing important energy work at night through a process I call ‘nightlighting’, using the more open energy potential of the night, when most people are asleep, to bring in more high frequency and expanded energy and ground it in the earth’s grid. Nightlighting is important work, no matter how uncomfortable it is for us now.

As Nightlighters, we are points of light in the darkness and our energetic signature is more visible because it is not obstructed by the busy-ness of our day, other people, or activities. This means it’s easier for our energy to be at its highest point so we become a magnet for that level of energy. And because we are awake, we are both receiving and grounding energy at the same time. Like the small lights we light at bedtime to help us find our way in the dark, we are also that light source for souls that are crossing over, those who need to find a light to guide them home, as well as a light beacon for the energy that needs a container to be grounded.

As Nightlighters we shine our lights in the darkest hours, when most people are asleep, and acting as portals for energy downloads when there is less energetic interference (because most people are asleep). It may be annoying and it won’t last forever, but as a Nightlighter you are serving a powerful purpose for the world, for humanity, and for the light. At night when most people around you are sleeping, their conscious mind is shut down and they are more open to receiving energy too. And without the distraction of all of the active energy during the day, we can bring in bigger downloads, higher frequencies, and process more energy. When that is needed, we can’t sleep and are awake at night, sometimes all night. The days of a full night’s sleep will return but our light is needed at night, and we are doing powerful work now.

Here are some suggestions to help you facilitate this process.

Doing active breathing and breath work, where you are conscious of each breath in and out, and as you are breathing, be aware that you are connecting with Source and the light. Counting your breaths will help you stay focused on the work you are doing and maintain a balanced connection.

Be aware of the energy levels you are in the process of receiving. Set an intention to be at your highest frequency and receive energy at the highest frequency you are capable of. As you receive the energy, expand it and send it out to the world and to humanity so you ground the energy in the earth’s grid.

Try to not worry about losing sleep or how tired you are going to be the next day. You can set an intention to awaken refreshed and energized (although you may not be). If it gets to be too much and too tiring, remind your guides that you need to sleep and to keep the energy work short.

Like many of you, I have had more sleepless nights in the past few months than I can ever remember having before. I miss the days when I could lie down and fall right to sleep. Now, I am lucky if I’m asleep by 3AM or if I do fall asleep, I awaken suddenly after only 2 hours and I’m awake for several hours. I know that I’m doing a lot of energy work at that time, and so are you.

We’re the nightlights for the energy that is pouring into the earth’s grids now so while you’re awake in the night’s wee hours remember you are a container for the energy that is coming in, receiving it and grounding it in the earth’s grids. So be a portal for the light, bringing in the highest frequencies you can, and know that you are doing the work of the 5D integration into 3D that you came here to do. And if it helps, think of yourself as a Nightlighter, a spark of light in the darkness, lighting the way for the new earth.

The most comprehensive list of Ascension Symptoms

After checking out as many websites about Ascension symptoms (and websites number in the thousands now) , many of the various lists seem to have repeating themes and symptoms. Here’s the list for anyone who is interested but bear in mind, not everyone will be experiencing all 60 symptoms listed here. We are all going through this process differently and each of us may reflect different symptoms. Some may resonate with 4 or 5 items, some of you may experience up to 20. All this to say that, you are not alone, thousands of people around the world are also going through something similar. And please remember to consult your doctor if something is beyond irregular! 1. Changing sleep patterns: restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or three times a night. Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off and on during the day. There is something called the Triad Sleep Pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up, go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You can get by on less sleep. Waking at night between 2 and 4 a.m. Much is going on in your dream state. You can’t be there for long lengths of time and need a break. This is also the ‘cleansing and releasing’ hour. You might even experience periods of deep sleeping. You are resting from all the acclimating and are integrating, as well as building up for the next phase. 2. Activity at the crown of the head: Tingling, itching, prickly, crawling sensations along the scalp and/or down the spine. A sense of energy vibrating on top of the head, as if energy is erupting from the head in a shower. Hair standing on end, goose bumps. 3. Sudden waves of emotion. Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Then very happy. Emotional roller coaster. 4. Old “stuff” seems to be coming up, as described above, and the people with whom you need to work it out (or their clones) appear in your life. Completion issues. 5. Changes in weight. A need to eat all the time – this is caused by a few things going on in your body. Since your body is going through so many changes releasing emotions and with all this work, your body requires more protein. Our food does not have the same nutritional value so you need to take additional supplements. Food also gives up as sense of security and with so many changes within and in your environment ; you feel the need to eat. OR A loss of desire for food. Also, part of you does not want to be here anymore in the Old. 6. Changes in eating habits: Strange cravings and odd food choices. Some find they are not as hungry as they used to be. Or hungrier. A need to eat often along with what feels like attacks of low blood sugar. Weight gain, especially in the abdominal area. It is an inner tube around your belly area and is happening in both men and women. It is a type of protection around your solar plexus area which is “who you are” and with the constant changes; you need this protection for now. A craving for protein. You are requiring an enormous amount of fuel for this ascension process. Weight gain with an inability to loose it no matter what you do is one of the most typical experiences.

The higher messages come in like an invisible rain that your body feels but,  you, your consciousness, can’t quite interpret.

You, the human, feels an invisible message is caressing your heart and stimulating your mind. 

Then you, the human, realize that you know something that you did not know before. That is, before you thought that maybe something loving, something special, was whispering into your imagination.

This special message feels like a first drop of rain after a long drought,  or a warm fire after being out in the freezing winter.

Yes, the winter has been long, and it threatens to offer another storm.

But, you refuse to participate in a frequency of reality in which that storm will be waged.

You know that “change is afoot,” as Sherlock Holmes would say.

But you do not know how that change will occur.

Will you even recognize it when it is in front of you?

Or will you walk right through the change and never know that an opportunity was missed  because you were “searching” rather than “being.”

A new operating system is being downloaded into the body of Gaia.

This operating system is planetary and is not influenced by mere humans.

In fact, most humans will not notice the soft breeze, the random thoughts,  and the quick moment of euphoria that you feel when there is no apparent reason.

How does it feel to be a bird and to lift off from the ground with the power of your wings?

You do not have wings, but you do have imagination, and imagination is fifth dimensional thought.

If your imagination can assist you to think fifth dimensionally,

    your perceptions of reality will follow that thought as it travels

             beyond the confines of third dimensional life and into your new reality,

                       as well as into your heart and mind, to grow those wings.

But your wings are not of feathers.

Your wings are of light and are invisible to those who are blind to the mysteries of the higher fourth and fifth dimensions.

Those humans are too busy seeing, hearing and living within the 3D Matrix that traps their imagination in worry and confines it in the dark fog of doubt.

Yes, there is doubt in your physical life because you are being squeezed into small packages of reality that some one else is creating.

Then, that some one else reminds you that there is something wrong with you.

They say that all you do is daydream and look off into that which is invisible.

            But it is only invisible to them.

To you it is visible. To you it is real.

You see it, you hear it, and you wish to hold it in your heart and remember that hope is yours/ours to create!

No one, and no thing, can pry that hope from our heart and mind.

In fact, any one who would try to steal our hope would not be able to even perceive it.

Hope can only live as long as we remember that, “We are not alone”

We are forever guided, protected,

            and loved by our own multidimensional expressions of SELF.

The fact that we can remember the difference between doubt and hope

       allows us to "read" the energy trails that stream into us, around us, and through us.

We are the hope that we create

We are the hope that we accept

We are the hope of the ONE within the NOW that guides us through the storm.

We are the humans who are wet from the invisible rain of Light and Love.

We are the humans that are brave as a bull and gentle as a lamb.

We are our Multidimensional SELF within every cell and atom of our earth vessel.

WE ARE HERE NOW to follow our Hope

            into the love that guides us HOME to our true SELF.

WE ARE HERE NOW to share our Hope with those who need it,

            And even with those who dare not ask for it.

The joyous part of HOPE is that:

            The more we give Hope to others, the more we give Hope to our SELF.

The joyous part of HOPE is when we give to others!

Hope is the gift that we give away

And it circles back into the Heart and the Mind of the Giver.
