It is easy to love others but hard to love yourself because sometimes when we do something wrong or hurt ourselves, we feel guilty or ashamed, but when we truly understand that it is our own fault, then any guilt disappears.

The best thing about loving yourself is that once you start practicing it, then there won't be anything stopping.
