ENERGY UPDATE
The Schumann resonance may have calmed a bit but that doesn’t mean we aren’t still going THROUGH it.
Some of the ascension symptoms not mentioned above are blurry vision, feeling energy/beings around you, electrical shocks/pains through the body, temperature fluctuations ranging from sweaty to freezing, hypersensitive to light and sound, pain in rib cage and heart palpitations.
The pressure/pain in the center of the chest is alarming as it has a burning sensation that accompanies it and this is caused by heart activations.
The itchy, dry skin is about to get on my damn nerves and even though I’ve been reporting on this symptom somewhat for a while, I never had this symptom myself. I do now along with breakouts and rashes. The body is purging. Detox and cleanse.
Feeling anxious like something is coming but you don’t know what or having butterflies in your stomach for no reason.
Teeth/jaw/gum/sinus pain and aching is still happening as this area receives lots of upgrades and it’s affecting saliva production as well as the electrical currents are speeding up elimination so you’re crying more and peeing more and sweating more and you need to drink more alkaline spring water.
Vitamin D3 (vegan sources preferably), Vitamin B-12, fruits and veggies (organic pref), vibropathic + homeopathic remedies, Bach flower rescue remedy for stress relief, Stress Shield by country life or adrenal supplement, CALM magnesium glycinate, probiotics and digestive enzymes. Mineral supplements with gold, silver, etc will also really increase your wattage capacity. These supplements will support you, take what resonates.
