ASCENSION SYMPTOMS: Heart Activations 
This ascension symptom can be down right terrifying when you first start experiencing it because you think you’re having a heart attack or that something is seriously wrong.
Heart activations are on the rise and as we continue to ascend into 5D levels of consciousness which is unity based, our hearts and the energetic field associated with this area must reorganize, release, and respond to the new frequencies.
This can result in some pretty uncomfortable sensations from feeling tightness in the chest which are likened to feeling stiffness in your joints but in the center and upper parts of the chest. Burning sensations and feeling hot in the chest area even feeling heat coming off of the chest like a computer that’s been on too long.
The scariest part has been the sudden flutter and heart palpitations which are a result of the heart receiving an influx of energy and suddenly responding and releasing some sort of old trauma, limiting belief or experiencing which shut the heart down at some point.
