ENERGY UPDATE 
The Schumann resonance has come back down but the spikes have triggered and brought up a lot of shit and physical symptoms of this frequency fluctuation are intense.
The hands are still receiving a lot of attention. Arthritic sensations, numbness and loss of mobility. Tingling and hot hands.
It’s hard to keep the temperature stable right now. It’s either too hot or too cold all the time.
There’s an odd tenderness and soreness like you worked out in the stomach and abdominal region.
The headaches are strong today. Pressure in the temples and center of forehead. But there’s a lot a very strong pulsing and pressure at the back of the skull directly behind the third eye.
A lot of you are experiencing muscle and joint pain and stiffness in specific areas and I want to encourage you to consider the possibility that these are trapped/unprocessed emotions seeking a way out and getting stuck in different areas of your body.
Talk to your body. Sure you may feel ridiculous at first but once it starts responding back to you, then you will establish a stronger bond to your vehicle.
