ENERFY UPDATE 
We are still in this powerful new moon energy and the Schumann resonance is stuck where it is and it’s higher than normal so expect some odd bodily sensations and purging to occur.
This will come in the form of nausea and emotional purging for sure as we experience mood swings and sudden needs to cry and yell and get angry and just let out everything we’ve been holding in and telling ourselves we are not supposed to feel.
Itchiness!!!!!! Itchy, dry skin is out of control right now. This is also from the body purging toxins and densities as well as the pain in the hips and knees where many of us have been storing unprocessed emotions and beliefs that are now leaving our systems. It’s stronger than normal now.
The throat chakra is also receiving upgrades and activations leading to neck stiffness and throat tightness.
Many of you are experiencing spiritual awakening and kundalini rising for the first time. I know you’re scared, I know you’re doubting all of this, I know you are clinging to these energy updates for dear life, hoping something will explain your symptoms and frightening experiences. Trust your gut, see a doctor if need be, take proper precautions and know that you are not alone.
Some of you are now stepping into your power as you were part of the first waves of lightworkers that began this process before many others and now you get to feel a level of healing you’ve yet to feel and now be able to share your story with others. I’m proof of that.
Right now, it’s all about you! Focus on you and what you want. Plant seeds of abundance and unconditional love and watch the amazing shit that happens over the next month! Moonifest that shit!
