Now state your intent to invite your Angelic aspect to integrate into your being...
Imagine a stream of energie coming down and entering your crown chakra and then your entire body and aura...
Just feel...
When you feel that the integration is complete, state your intent to integrate your Ascended Master aspect into your being...
