Cada día ves personas que no se sienten bien, mi hijo. No necesitas sentir lástima porque esto significa que también sufres.
Esto no es apropiado aquí. Sentir compasión es algo diferente. Tú no sufres, pero estás en la posición de observador y en esto puedes ofrecer ayuda si es requerida o deseada.
La lástima toma sus energías y disminuye tus vibraciones. La compasión, sin embargo, deja a tus frecuencias intocables e incluso las incrementa en parte, porque dejas que tu amor fluya, en cualquier forma.

Saturday new details about a government software program that tracks
and maps by country the "voluminous amount of information" sapped from
their "Orwellian" exploits.According to documents viewed by the news outlet, the program called Boundless Informant uses an individual computer's IP Address to categorize by location government surveillance intercepts and filed reports of 'metadata,' which includes the identities of the sender and recipient, and the time, date, duration and location of a communication.
With 14 billion reports, Iran was the country where the largest amount of intelligence was gathered followed by 13.5 billion from Pakistan. One of America's closest Arab allies, Jordan, came third with 12.7 billion. Egypt was fourth with 7.6 billion and India fifth with 6.3 billion.
As journalist Glenn Greenwald, who is one of the reporters behind the disclosure, said Thursday on CNN's Piers Morgan, "the entire world is impacted."
According to the Guardian report:
An NSA factsheet about the program, acquired by the Guardian, says: "The tool allows users to select a country on a map and view the metadata volume and select details about the collections against that country."The disclosed map—in addition to other documents seen by the Guardian—contradicts earlier government assertions made to Congress that the NSA was unable to provide statistics on the amount of data being collected on American citizens, as the authors assert that "the NSA does in fact break down its surveillance intercepts which could allow the agency to determine how many of them are from the US."
Under the heading "Sample use cases", the factsheet also states the tool shows information including: "How many records (and what type) are collected against a particular country."
A snapshot of the Boundless Informant data, contained in a top secret NSA "global heat map" seen by the Guardian, shows that in March 2013 the agency collected 97bn pieces of intelligence from computer networks worldwide.
Despite this, NSA spokeswoman Judith Emmel told the Guardian in a response to the latest disclosures: "NSA has consistently reported – including to Congress – that we do not have the ability to determine with certainty the identity or location of all communicants within a given communication. That remains the case."

Every single day, the U.S. government gathers and stores more than
a billion phone calls, emails, text messages, photographs and Internet
searches. Just about every form of electronic communication that you
can possibly imagine is being harvested. In fact, it has been reported
that NSA personnel gather 2.1 million gigabytes of data every hour.
This is being done even though it is a blatant violation of the U.S.
Constitution. Sadly, most Americans do not even know what the Fourth
Amendment actually says. For those that do not know, the Fourth
Amendment says the following: “The right of the people to be secure in
their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable
searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall
issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and
particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or
things to be seized.” Unfortunately, our leaders have totally abandoned
the Constitution. They seem to believe that they have the right to
look through our electronic communications any time they want and that
we should not complain about it. As you will see below, workers at the
NSA have even eavesdropped on very intimate conversations between
soldiers serving in Iraq and their female loved ones back home. What
kind of sick person would do such a thing? Sadly, the truth is that we
have allowed ourselves to become a “Big Brother society”, and we are an
utter disgrace to the millions of brave men and women who have died to
defend our freedoms.

Kids vitamins are supposed to be healthy, right? Well then, what's going on with Flintstones Vitamins, which proudly claims to be "Pediatricians' #1 Choice"? Produced by the global pharmaceutical corporation Bayer, this wildly success brand features a shocking list of unhealthy ingredients, including:
- Coal tar artificial coloring agents (FD&C Blue #2, Red #40, Yellow #6)
- Hydrogenated Oil (Soybean)
- GMO Corn starch
82% of kids aren't eating all of their veggies1. Without enough vegetables, kids may not be getting all of the nutrients they need.The implication? That Flintstones vitamins somehow fill this nutritional void. But let's look a little closer at some of these presumably healthy ingredients....

ASPARTAME
Aspartame is a synthetic combination of the amino acids aspartic acid and l-phenylalanine, and is known to convert into highly toxic methanol and formaldehyde in the body. Aspartame has been linked to over 40 adverse health effects in the biomedical literature, and has been shown to exhibit both neurotoxicity and carcinogenicity [1] What business does a chemical like this have doing in a children's vitamin, especially when non-toxic, non-synthetic non-nutritive sweeteners like stevia already exist?
CUPRIC OXIDE
Next, let's look closer at Cupric Oxide, 2mg of which is included in each serving of Flinstone's Complete chewable vitamins as a presumably 'nutritional' source of 'copper,' supplying "100% of the Daily Value (Ages 4+), according to Flintstones Vitamins Web site's Nutritional Info.[2]
But what is Cupric Oxide? A nutrient or a chemical?
According to the European Union's Dangerous Substance Directive, one of the main EU laws concerning chemical safety, Cupric Oxide is listed as a Hazardous substance, classified as both "Harmful (XN)" and "Dangerous for the environment" (N). Consider that it has industrial applications as a pigment in ceramics, and as a chemical in the production of rayon fabric and dry cell batteries. In may be technically correct to call it a mineral, but should it be listed as a nutrient in a children's vitamin? We think not.

COAL TAR ARTIFICIAL COLORING AGENTS
A well-known side effect of using synthetic dyes is attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder. For direct access to study abstracts on this topic view our Food Coloring research page. There is also indication that the neurotoxicity of artificial food coloring agents increase when combined with aspartame,[3] making the combination of ingredients in Flintstones even more concerning.
ZINC OXIDE
Each serving of Flinstones Complete Chewable vitamins contain 12 mg of zinc oxide, which the manufacturer claims delivers 75% of the Daily Value to children 2 & 3 years of age. Widely used as a sun protection factor (SPF) in sunscreens, The EU's Dangerous Substance Directive classifies it as an environmental Hazard, "Dangerous for the environment (N)." How it can be dangerous to the environment, but not for humans ingesting it, escapes me. One thing is for sure, if one is to ingest supplemental zinc, or market it for use by children, it makes much more sense using a form that is organically bound (i.e. 'chelated') to an amino acid like glycine, as it will be more bioavailable and less toxic.
SORBITOL
Sorbitol is a synthetic sugar substitute which is classified as a sugar alcohol. It can be argued that it has no place in the human diet, much less in a child's. The ingestion of higher amounts have been linked to gastrointestinal disturbances from abdominal pain to more serious conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome.[4]
FERROUS FUMARATE
The one clear warning on the Flinstone's Web site concerns this chemical. While it is impossible to die from consuming iron from food, e.g. spinach, ferrous fumarate is an industrial mineral and not found in nature as food. In fact, ferrous fumarate is so toxic that accidental overdose of products containing this form is "a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6." The manufacturer further warns:
Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.HYDROGENATED SOYBEAN OIL
Finding hydrogenated oil in anything marketed to children is absolutely unacceptable. These semi-synthetic fatty acids incorporate into our tissues and have been linked to over a dozen adverse health effects, from coronary artery disease to cancer, violent behavior to fatty liver disease.[5]
GMO CORN STARCH
While it can be argued that the amount of GMO corn starch in this product is negligible, even irrelevant, we disagree. It is important to hold accountable brands that refuse to label their products honestly, especially when they contain ingredients that have been produced through genetic modification. The 'vitamin C' listed as ascorbic acid in Flintstones is likely also produced from GMO corn. Let's remember that Bayer's Ag-biotech division, Bayer CropScience, poured $381,600 of cash into defeating the proposition 37 GMO labeling bill in California. Parents have a right to protect their children against the well-known dangers of genetically modified foods and the agrichemicals that contaminate them, don't they? GMO corn starch is GMO, plain and simple. We'd appreciate it if Bayer would label their "vitamins" accordingly.
In summary, Bayer's Flintstone's vitamin brand is far from a natural product, and the consumer should be aware of the unintended, adverse health effects that may occur as a result of using it.

As the days and nights continue to shift and expand, many of you will
have trouble following suit. You see, nothing is ever certain now, not
even the speed of light or even the length of an hour, much less a
second. Flux is the only word to describe this process, as the natural
limits you have gotten used to no longer applies.Let us explain. As you are well aware of, the influx of light coming in and through you does not only affect you in every cell of your body. It also affects everything around you. Mankind has gotten used to living within very strictly defined set of circumstances, and this also includes the so-called natural laws that govern everything around you. Well, let us rephrase that to used to govern everything around you. For you have mayhaps already noticed how your own concept of time is no longer a strict physical and linear concept any more? Try to look back on yesterday, or better yet, last week, and see if you can get any real sense of just how much time that period can be divided into. Do you find it easy, and does it come natural to you any more to even think about ”yesterday” or ”last week”? We know it will sound confusing, but we think it will FEEL even more confusing trying to put these days and nights into a set sequence like you used to do in the ”old days”.

Angels are something we associate with beautiful Pre-Raphaelite and renaissance paintings, carved statues accompanying gothic architecture and supernatural beings who intervene in our lives at times of trouble. For the last 2000 years this has been the stereotypical image fostered by the Christian Church. But what are angels? Where do they come from, and what have they meant to the development of organised religion?
Many people see the Pentateuch, the first five books of the Old Testament, as littered with accounts of angels appearing to righteous patriarchs and visionary prophets. Yet this is simply not so. There are the three angels who approach Abraham to announce the birth of a son named Izaac to his wife Sarah as he sits beneath a tree on the Plain of Mamre. There are the two angels who visit Lot and his wife at Sodom prior to its destruction. There is the angel who wrestles all night with Jacob at a place named Penuel, or those which he sees moving up and down a ladder that stretches between heaven and earth.
Yet other than these accounts, there are too few examples, and when angels do appear the narrative is often vague and unclear on what exactly is going on. For instance, in the case of both Abraham and Lot the angels in question are described simply as ‘men’, who sit down to take food like any mortal person.
