Thank You Hugo Chavez – By Jennifer Hoffman
Someone asked me to comment on the death of Hugo Chavez and what I thought it meant in the bigger scope of the changes that are happening in the world today. While this is not a political venue, politics and government play an important role in shaping the world as we know it and Hugo Chavez was, in many ways, a force for change in a global political system that exists solely for its self promotion and enrichment. I won’t comment on the nature of his policies because I don’t live in Venezuela and I know that what is in the news probably doesn’t fully represent the actual environment. And while I didn’t like Hugo Chavez’ politics, what he represented and the control with which he dominated the country, I have to admit that he did a great job as a teacher. Our best teachers are not always the great, wonderful, loving and kind people who make us feel good. Our most powerful teachers are those who do just the opposite and we can either rise to the empowerment challenge or cower in silence. We’re at the cusp of a new paradigm for the earth and those in power probably won’t go away quietly but here’s our challenge, we can’t learn the lesson when we are cursing the teacher. And Hugo Chavez, like many despots, dictators, and bullies, was a great teacher, who taught empowerment by being an example of disempowerment. He had his reasons for speaking the truth, possibly for self protection, but speak he did and he was a force for change that wasn’t going to be ignored. There were things I liked about Chavez and his willingness to speak the truth was one of them.

A Legal Notice to all Agents of the so-called Crown of England and Elizabeth Windsor, and to all Canadians
Issued by the Governing Council of The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (downloadlink PDF)
This PUBLIC NOTICE is issued to the Members of the Parliament of Canada, the Canadian judiciary, the governmental civil service, and the active serving members of all Canadian police and military forces, as well as to all citizens of Canada:
1. On February 25, 2013, a lawfully constituted Common Law Court of Justice found Elizabeth Windsor, Queen of England and Head of State of Canada and its churches, guilty as charged of Crimes against Humanity in Canada and of engaging in a Criminal Conspiracy to conceal Genocide. The same verdict found Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper guilty of the same offenses.
2. This verdict was based on irrefutable evidence, including eyewitness accounts of Elizabeth Windsor’s personal involvement in the forcible abduction and disappearance of ten children from the Kamloops Indian Residential School on October 10, 1964, while on a state visit to Canada. Ms. Windsor has never denied or refuted this charge or evidence, nor did she respond to a Public Summons issued by the Court.
3. The Court’s verdict rests upon the Nuremberg Legal Statutes of 1950 which allow any head of state to be tried for Crimes against Humanity, as well as the right under Canadian law to hold the Crown liable for tort offenses committed in Canada.
4. Elizabeth Windsor therefore stands condemned as a convicted felon. As a fugitive from justice, she is now liable for arrest and imprisonment under the terms of the Court verdict. A Citizens Arrest Warrant for the detention of Elizabeth Windsor was in fact issued by the Court on March 5, 2013, and Ms. Windsor has evaded this Warrant.
5. a) Each of you has taken a public oath of allegiance to Elizabeth Windsor as the Queen of England. Your oath now constitutes a criminal act under international law, including Section 25 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which obligates all citizens to refrain from colluding with authorities engaged in or convicted of criminal acts.
b) Each of you is obligated therefore to refrain from aiding or abetting Elizabeth Windsor in evading justice or arrest, including by continuing to obey her orders or operating under her authority, since to do so will constitute an obstruction of justice and will make you subject to arrest.
6. Since no convicted felon can legitimately or legally serve as a head of state or a constituted authority, all existing legal and political authority in Canada is dissolved as of Monday, February 25, 2013. Your Oath of Allegiance to Queen Elizabeth and the Crown of England is consequently nullified and abolished, along with your authority.
7. a) Canada has been rendered as a state without legitimate legal or political authority. It will remain so until a new and lawful Head of State can be established along with a Constitution democratically established by the people of Canada.
b) Until such constitutional authority is established, no existing Canadian law or statute is enforceable, and any attempt by you or others to do so will constitute an act of illegal assault and fraud on the people of Canada.
8. Until a legitimate government is established in Canada, all of its citizens are urged to conduct themselves under the common law requirement of peaceable co-existence and equity in their communities, maintaining law and order. All citizens are required to police and govern themselves without reference to any existing authorities or laws, which are nullified, illegitimate and inoperative.
9. Canadian citizens as wholly self-governing men and women are advised to establish local committees of correspondence to arrange a National Congress that will draft a new Constitution. This legal charter, ratified by a popular vote, will establish and maintain a new, Democratic Republic of Canada.
10. This Constitution must include a new legal framework by which the church organizations also convicted by the Court – the Vatican and Catholic, Anglican and United Church - can legitimately and lawfully operate in Canada, if such further operation is the will of the People. In accordance with the Verdict of the Court and lawful legitimacy, this new framework would require a Civil Constitution for the Clergy that nationalizes the property and wealth of the convicted church corporations, and regulates their church officials and employees as licensed public servants.
We are informing the world of these facts and of the new regime now operating in Canada. This same Notice and condition applies to the government and people of England, to whom a separate Notice is being issued.

You… are far more powerful and wise than you dare to give yourselves credit for. - Ron Head - March 7, 2013

We would speak at this time of the changes which are occurring to your earthly home and which are largely being ignored by your media and by your governments.The information is reaching you, however. Not all of it, but quite a lot. You are seeing daily reports of earthquakes, volcanoes, sinkholes, floods, and storms. It is true that some things were intensified, if not created by human interference. This is not so much the case now, as those things are quite costly and did not seem to have the effects that were desired.
Still, there are two points that we wish to make this day. This basic message we would give is not different to what has been given through many other channels before, but we would stress these two points as they have not seemed to reach even those who do report these things to you.
First, the things which are happening are very necessary for Earth herself as she transforms into the beautiful being she will be and creates beautiful life where her children have created death and ugliness. She is doing these things in ways and in places which are not causing massive loss of life and property. Life is precious to her. Your peace of mind and spirit are, as well. We think you can understand that concrete, steel, and business is not so much valued, but it does tend to exist where you are.
Each of these natural events are releasing pressures which must be released. If they were to be released in fewer or other places, a great deal of harm would be done.
We now arrive at our second point. We would wish that you, as you read and watch these things, and we ask it of you since those reporting seem to still be going for the shock value, remember to thank Earth and your Creator for causing this to happen in the manner that it is. Hold gratitude in your hearts that no one or very, very few were harmed. And celebrate the progress that is being made. In this way you can help this trend to continue. With fear and worry… well we have taught you enough about the effects of fear and worry, have we not?
We would ask you also to extend this thinking to the other types of change which are under way, the political, economic, and social changes. Change of this nature will likely have some less than pretty effects. But it is happening. You are doing it. And please try to have the wisdom to see your own wisdom as you create it in something less than an overnight debacle.
Think now of the wall which was toppled years ago in Europe. No one saw it coming. It happened in a day. Yet, you now understand that small and unnoticed changes brought it about over a period of time, and did so without great loss of life.
You, dear ones, are far more powerful and wise than you dare to give yourselves credit for. In this regard, we make one further recommendation. Dare to do so. When you realize this about yourselves, you will change things in ways you cannot imagine.
This is enough for now, we think. Go in peace and we will speak again soon.

My dearly beloved children, since long I speak to my channel about this and that. Some years ago she heard my calling, deep in her heart and she answered me, and thus laid the foundations for the development of her telepathic abilities. I have spoken to her in her whole lifetime in this incarnation, but she could not hear me, although she was looking for me. Her longing for me has permeated her nature and made her looking for me until she found myself in her heart. I was always there, but the entrance was buried. Her soul has sung after she had found me. Isabel, as she is named in this incarnation could find me only by going inside, into her sacred heart center. Outside of that I’m hard to find directly. Only through nature. But not in the separation through illusion.

For the last couple of days, things have once again started to pick up speed. For many, it is as if your heart and eyes have started to open even wider, and you are indeed starting to perceive things in a slightly different way. In other words, you have finally started to tune into this new tune, if we may call it that, and you have mayhaps realized that things are indeed coming to pass even if you on the outside have yet to see any real traces of this. We speak in parables as usual, but what we are trying to convey is that this change that you have all hankered for so much is already in full swing. But as we have also talked about on several occasions, this may not come about in the manner you had envisaged. For a human mind is a simple one, as it cannot see beyond the boundaires it has been given. A human heart, on the other hand, is far more accomplished. For it can see and feal that which does not even exist yet, for it can tap into the true potential of something. And as such, the heart is a wise warrior, and as long as you follow your heart, you will know where to let it take you.
