Beloved One, as you are moving through your ascension journey, you will be able to see more and more how unreal the Illusion Matrix is.
Things you are now observing might seem odd or out of place. They might not make sense and they can change rapidly.
Become aware how you feel when you are observing your experiences and what you are seeing on your screens. (TV or social media.)
When you feel uneasy about what you are observing, find a way to feel better about it. Then, let some time pass and notice that the events are changing and reveal something unexpected or an improvement of some sort.
This goes back to the unreal-ness of the Illusion Matrix.
Things that you are observing are unreal and your feelings and thoughts about them can change what you are going to observe next.
You are at the center of your experience and you are the one who creates it.
Let's say, you are observing something unpleasant and you wish to shift your feeling about it into a better one.
Step 1.
Remember that what you are observing is not real.
Step 2.
Turn your thoughts towards general statements such as:
Things are always working out eventually.
Step 3.
Stop observing unpleasant information on your screen and to look for and finding pleasant information.
Step 4.
Go about your day.
Whenever your thoughts want to circle back to the unpleasant information, interrupt your thought with "this is not real anyway."
Step 5.
Take notice when new information about the improvement reaches you in some way.
Beloved One, as you are recognizing how un-real the Illusion Matrix is, you will be able to remember what is real.
Real is that you are always loved, save and pure and so is your world.
You are held in the arms of Source/God/Creator.
Always.
That is the Truth and the way.
Know, that all Realms of Light are with you, every step of the way.
You are loved beyond measure.
We are with you... always. We love you."
