ASCENSION SYMPTOMS: Ear Ringing 
Everyone experiences ringing in the ears at some point in their life for various reasons. The technical name for a consistent ringing in the ears is called Tinnitus. But how can you tell the difference between your usual ear ringing and the in’s that comes from the ascension process?
Whether you’re going through kundalini awakening or you’re just going through light activations, energy downloads and system upgrades come in waves. This is one of the most commonly reported symptoms and it makes a lot of sense. Light waves are higher frequencies that densify and become slower moving sound waves so, of course, when you’re experiencing an upgrade, you may receive the incoming energy as sound.
This occurs mostly when the upper 3 chakras are receiving downloads. When I was going through an upgrade (which can last several weeks and their effect can stay with you for months after), I experienced a lot of ringing in the ears. Some people report consistent ringing whether very loud or soft and barely noticeable but mine was not consistent and would come and go quickly but occurred at some point every day for weeks.
I still experience these odd ear ringing spells every now and then but during my massive upgrades, the ringing would oscillate between left and right and never both at once. And it was odd because it was loud and often times diffeeent types of tones. Several times I experienced lower dial tones, not the usual high pitch squealing or soft ringing sound.
