your own resurrection of kindness to yourself.
Are you remembering to take in your own daily bread

to ingest
to breathe in love
on a daily basis
moment by moment as you will allow it.
How much love are you entitled to?
Can you receive your daily dosage?
Can you allow it to spread to your toes?
Allowing your cells to be immersed in its remembrance?
You cannot truly extend to another what you have not allowed yourself to fully receive.
You are giving
