The Pleiadian-Sirian-Arcturian Council of Light:
"We are here now.
We love you.
We are you, from your future, to assist you on your path.
Dear One, humanity is evolving rapidly.
However, it is a bit of a dance: two steps forward, one step back.
In the midst of the ever changing situations, there is only one thing that will be your ticket to eternal peace and wellbeing: Stillness.
We can see the minds of humans to go a 1000 miles per hour, but all this does is muddy the waters even more and no clarity is in sight and the entanglement in human creation instead of Divine creation becomes greater.
Therefore, when you begin to still your mind, which is always hungry for more of this entanglement, you will be able to finally create an opening for the Divine to rush in.
You always have a choice and you might enjoy the entanglement in human creation.
However, this will hold you in this dimension for as long as you partake in it.
If you wish to enter a higher dimensional reality - a Divine reality - than it is imperative to allow for the Divine to enter your being and world.
By "Divine" we are referring to God/Source/The ONE/your I AM Presence of God.
If you wish to connect with the Divine, Stillness is the only way.
All the mind chatter is blocking the Divine.
Try for just a moment to sit in silence and focus only on one object that you can easily see.
You can also just focus on your breath as it goes in and out.
Thoughts might still come and go. Just let them pass you by...
After a while, the thoughts will become less.
Then, everything around you will begin to disappear from your awareness as you continue to focus only on the one thing.
At some point, your awareness will go inward (you can close your eyes by then) and then, upward to a spaceless space that is filled with a Presence of Love - the Divine.
Just rest there... with no thought.
Just be...
When a thought comes in, let it leave and return to the spaceless space of the Divine.
As you feel the energy of Love there, try to say "I love you!" to the Divine.
Still, with no thought.
As you are saying the words "I love you," at some point, you will feel a warm feeling return to you from above.
It will feel like a ray of sunshine filling your being.
Just remain there, continuing to focus on the warmth of this feeling.
Try to hold this moment for as long as you can.
When you practice this every day, you will be able to hold this moment for longer and longer periods of time.
Then, as you go throughout your day and you notice yourself being distracted by all the human creation, you can refer back to this feeling and connection with the Divine.
We are holding the vision of the Divine New Earth with you and from our vantage point it is glorious.
We are with you, every step of the way.
You are loved beyond measure.
We are with you... always. We love you.
We are you. Namaste."
