We are about to welcome the Solstice, introduced by Solar flares today, together with the Sun moving into Cancer, we prepare now to move from the element Air, with Gemini, which gave us the opportunity to clear our mental and solar body, to the Water element with Cancer.

We have now an opportunity to move into our heart center, after having worked with our solar one, integrating, adapting, and embracing all the previous changes we created, through inner alchemy. It s a passage for us to learn how to be in perfect flow with what is meant to occur at this time of profound transformation and planetary transition.

As you continue to evolve beyond 3D, you will find you shift out of seeking the ego satisfaction that comes from externals into the deep satisfaction that comes from expressing yourself as your soul self. That will become a state of preference and joy, because that choice never comes with regret or second guessing yourself. It is how you experience yourself as your truest self which is where all your growth and expansion has been trying to lead you, and what the next phase of your incarnation is all about. From there it really won’t matter what people think because there is a peace and groundedness that comes from being the true embodiment of you. Father’s Day was June 18 in U.S., a day when we celebrate our relationship with our fathers. Some of us don’t have a lot to celebrate, as our fathers may have been absent, unknown, or so emotionally distant that we cannot find a reason to celebrate our relationship with them. My father has been dead for nearly 35 years and while I spent much of my life being angry with him and wondering whether he cared about me at all, I now understand so much more about him and can actually be grateful for the gifts he gave me instead of focusing on how he ignored so many opportunities to show how much he loved and cared about me. (the photo is of my father and me, taken quite a few years ago!)

I am Sananda. And I come to be with you at this time, in these continuing changing times.

I am going to call this now the ‘changing of the guard.’ For that is indeed what is happening. You are experiencing a changing of the guard, changing of the old ways, the old 3-D illusionary system is changing right before your eyes in many respects. But again, it is still mostly for those that have the eyes to see and the ears to hear. And you are able to experience this change as it is happening, and know that it is happening. And as you have heard many times, you can watch this. Watch it happening. Watch it as a movie playing out. And the movie is playing out, and eventually it will come to an end. And you will experience a glorious, glorious end to this, and a great, a wonderful new miraculous beginning to the New Golden Age that is upon you.
