As planet earth then is being reinvented, so are we, for our physical bodies are very much linked to Mother Earth and in as much as we live and breathe on her, we are part and particle of all life form and life organisms on her.  As she is a living and breathing cell with billions of other cells all communicating with each other – so are we.

Beloved Ones,

You have all received a great influx of energy in the past week and this is now beginning to assimilate within your human operating systems. This higher energy creates a greater cleansing and purging to occur, bringing up memories and triggers from the past that set you into reaction rather than thoughtful response. When this happens, realize that it is part of the process of integration and assimilation by your body system and forgive yourselves the irritability and lack of patience in your interactions with others. You are doing fine, so do not berate yourselves too much for not having enough patience to recognize old patterns of behavior before you respond to others who have triggered the old and well worn patterns. You know there is another and better way to view and respond to the situation but it comes up anyway in the same old pattern. This requires from you an observation of yourself during those moments so you can set the intent to respond in a different way next time.

Once more we would like to take the opportunity to thank you all for the way that you continue to embrace these ever evolving and rapidly unfolding sequences of events that were initiated during the week of gatherings that took place a short while ago in Crete. Again, this was indeed something that involved a much, much larger number of participants than those collected under the same roof or even in that specific geographic location. For not only was that crowd more than outnumbered not just by all of the otherworldly beings that came together in that same space at that same time period, for in addition, a whole host of souls took part in what can only be described not just as a global but also as a truly cosmic affair. For in this, we can in no way overstate the importance of what took place during that one week period of staged events, for it was indeed something that had far reaching repercussions not only geographically but also time wise.

As many of you are now feeling intensely the energies are now deepening and expanding, all that is not TRUTH will begin to arise within you, these at a human conscious waking mind level are emotions and emotional “patterning”.  It is no co-incidence that this influx of energies “coincides” with the “remembrance” of those who have fought in wars.  This seeks to trigger that which is ALREADY WITHIN the human vehicle, that is GRIEF.  The patterning is already there at a cellular level, it will have been lived out repeatedly over lifetimes on this planet in human form.   It is EXTERNALISED in the process of remembering, that is it is related to an event which has passed and is being remembered.   This takes you OUT of the NOW moment and seeks to have you reference this as an event that has already PASSED. This is not TRUTH for grief is repeatedly triggered over and over again within the old 3D earth created construct. As ALL happens in the NOW moment then the GRIEF is always present until it has been released.

We haven’t written anything for the past five days. Eliza has been aware of goings on and seems to be participating, but she’s actually not “here” very much.
For some of our readers, this can bring up a lot of grief and a sense of abandonment. See it as an opportunity to release yet another layer of emotional trauma that you, yourself, have undergone throughout your many lifetimes here.
Despite being told how difficult it might be for each of us, it has not been until actually being in these heavy, awkward bodies, that we have begun to realize what our mentors were trying to tell us.
I, Sundeelia VaCoupe, have never embodied upon Earth before, so I am new to your ways of dealing with each other. I can see why my sister is so ready to leave, although she would have stayed longer had her pre-incarnation soul agreement so decreed. She is truly one of us. She goes Home, in obedience and with Joy in her Heart, to be reunited with Family and loved ones.
