Recently I was called to visit my father, who is in the process of transiting from this life's physical realm to the next great adventure. The way things unfolded put me in a vacuum of unfamiliarity, where nothing seemed as it once was. There was much learning and shifting as I soujourned through a different landscape. I encourage everyone to step out of their comfort zone and set things in motion by embracing all things unknown; this is how one may integrate the New more profoundly in their lives. There was never a moment, however, in which I felt unsafe, even when I experienced extreme anxiety. I honored and continue to honor myself for the Courage to allow things to unfold before my New eyes. While I let go of much through being “sick” when I returned, I understood that I was releasing much and I observed myself dispassionately, while also resting, experiencing what my body was releasing and allowing myself to feel "sick."

We continuously bring forth higher and higher frequencies; non-stop. We may feel them more strongly during eclipses and Moon cycles and yet, they continuously flow into us to help us rise in consciousness, which affects every area of our life. It is not for us to go to the higher places of high dimensional Light Codes; it is for us to have them descend into us; into all our cells, bodies, electrical system and DNA so we may truly rise to be who we truly are. There are no timelines; only beliefs and patterns that must transform so that we may integrate this Light.

Many more are awakening now. Those awakening are more inclined to listen and follow their inner guidance. Those who have already awakened are having the Awareness that their new Blueprint is being activated as they receive not only downloads of high dimensional Light, but the propulsion to make changes of those things that are not aligned with their Soul-Awareness. These changes come with the Willingness to let go of their “comfort zone” and the Willingness to be in that space of discomfort and unfamiliarity of the New with total Trust. This takes letting go of popular beliefs, even those that seem “spiritual.” It is a letting go of hopes and wishes and instead, being grounded in the Now Moment, regardless of what anyone else is doing or saying. You see, each being is on their own trajectory path. To ascend is to not be on someone else's path, for each being is unique and it is important to follow one's own guidance, for no-one else can possibly know what another's path is.

One of the most important things you can do is to release all fear. Having fear; no matter what it is related to; blocks you from being a powerful creator. Creating your life is your job in the New. No-one else can do this for you. There is no blockage; there is only fear of your Power. Fully accepting your Power to create and manifest is what is waiting for you. Nothing automatically happens; you (being the sovereign being you are) must take a first step toward that which you want to manifest...after you claim your Power. In fact, often taking a first step also activates your Power to create. Much is related to fear: all of the lower emotions like worry, doubt, shame, anger, control and all the others. Release the fear and step into your Power to create and manifest.

We have shifted from 3D to higher dimensions. This can create some stress, as it is so new and unfamiliar that we don't know how to be. It takes Faith and staying in the Moment, so your next steps may be revealed through your feeling into each Moment. You can't do this intellectually, for that is the way we used to do things. You must rely on your feelings as to what to do next. Remind yourself that fear is an illusion so be courageous. (Courage comes from the root word coeur, which is French for Heart, so being courageous means being Heart-centered.)

At this point, the only you is your Highest Self. How does it feel to radiate such Light and how does it feel to be one of the many creating a new world? It has not been an easy snap-of-the-fingers traverse for sure. As we leave the old world behind, we begin fresh again, as Ascension is infinite and it spirals. If you feel much activity around your Heart, High Heart and Solar Plexus chakras, it is because there has been a massive activation affecting these chakras. It helps your choices be more centered around your guidance and feeling than making decisions based solely in your intellect, which is based on who you have been and not on who you are now. This activation can manifest physically in many different ways; some experience it as heart palpitations, sleep changes, exhaustion and a myriad of other ways. However, no matter how you manifest this, Compassion, sharing, Love, Awareness and an increase of Heart-knowing is accentuated. You may receive more information about your inborn gifts and new pathways. It just depends on where you are in your Ascension. Some may feel rather stagnant, while others may feel as if there is no stopping themselves with so many choices to make. There can be a back and forth sense of nothingness to too much is happening. However you feel this activation is aligned with who you are. Remind yourself that wherever you are is in Divine Order. If there is still more to let go of and transform, it may feel as if you're stuck (you aren't). Ascension is not a “cookie-cutter one size fits all” sort of process. Everyone is uniquely where they are ready to be. Be in Acceptance of who and where you are in this and every moment and then give thanks.

Si deseas realmente evolucionar, debes asumir la responsabilidad por todo en tu vida, porque todo en tu vida son tus creaciones. Todo en tu vida lo has creado a través de tu energía y pensamientos (los pensamientos son energía, como todo en ti). If you truly desire to evolve, you must take Responsibility for all in your life; for all in your life are your own creations. Everything in your life you have created through your energy and thoughts ( thoughts are energy, as is all of you). You then project all that you are out into the world, which is then reflected back to you. This is a gift for then you can make aware choices that are based in who you really are...if that is your choice. Of course, if you want to stay in the same dynamic, you make no changes. However, not making changes can keep you in pain, whether that is emotional, mental or physical. The best way to move beyond the old is to meditate, which strengthens your Heart and as your Heart is strengthened, you awaken from the illusion of creating something over and over again. The reason you stay in the same pattern is because it's comfortable; known by what is called your “comfort zone.” Let go of any resistance of moving beyond, which helps you release any fear you have of moving forward. You then can more easily let go of any control, which is fear. Control keeps you out of the Flow and out of the Moment, where all life is created from Awareness. When you control your life, you keep all old and debilitating patterns in place.

We each are on our own Path and have our own missions. Some are activists, some help clear the masses of old energies, others share Light, some light up folks' path, while others increase the Love within and upon Earth and all of life. There are many paths and missions in life; we each are unique in what we share, yet we are all One. Each shares in their own way, whether they are aware of it or not. Awareness is key, as when one is aware of what their mission is, it doesn't matter how they choose to share their Light; just that they know they do so uniquely. One can be in what may appear to be a mundane job, yet if that being is in Joy and Passion, they are aware of what their mission is. One's mission is not some magical knowing; it is obvious to the Aware One. It simply takes looking deeper with Awareness in how they share their mission from their Heart. An awakened one doesn't compare their mission with another, realizing that no mission is less or more than any other.
