It is part of our co-operative agreement to create our individual and collective reality and it works very well when we use it the right way. Co-operating with the Universe is how we create heaven on earth and our human/divine partnership to receive all of the blessings that are part of it.

The most disempowering thing we can say to ourselves is very short phrase but it speaks volumes. “I am afraid” is how we describe our feelings about something we cannot consider, don’t want to look at or think about, and do not want to do.

“I am afraid” is how we give ourselves permission to not face a challenge and consider alternative pathways to the fulfillment of our goals, dreams, desires, and intentions.

“I am afraid” occupies the energy space of intention, action, and courage, which we think is the opposite of fear but it is not.

When people are offended, it means their ego got bent out of shape when there was a disagreement and they did not get what they wanted. Many people get angry as a means of attempting to exert control over a person or situation. Maybe they didn't like the way something or someone responded to them, or the way a particular situation is being expressed or represented.

Dear Ascending Family,

As many are probably experiencing, the shift into the next harmonic universe is bringing slow and steady changes to us all. This is a time to stay flexible and relaxed, without expectations or a need to know. With so much movement and change, the one thing we have control over is the direction and quality of our consciousness. Progressive planetary shifts are being mirrored in the human light body and catalyzing specific challenges for our collective human family. The controllers are rolling out new forms of AI to try and thwart shifts in consciousness. For some this will be a time of personal growth, of getting to pieces you could not get to before and breaking through old patterns, for others a time of incredible expansion into new templates and embodiment potentials. For all of us, this time of change requires taking special care to maintain calm and clarity, as we witness bubbles of chaos surface through the cracks of bifurcating realities.

I once knew someone who was addicted to shopping. She spent thousands of dollars on clothes, shoes, and jewelry on her daily shopping trips. When she maxed out her credit cards, she got new ones under different names. Her closets were full of new, unworn clothes with tags, and she still bought more. In those days she was called a ‘shopaholic’ someone who was addicted to shopping. What drove her behavior was a deep, driving need for attention, to feel special, loved, and valued. Any addiction is a powerful drive to engage in behaviors we do not understand or cannot control but it is the combination of an emotional need, together with the unresolved energetic pain of soul wounds, that creates an opening for addictive behavior.
