I am St. Germain. I come to be with you at this time, in these continuing changing times that you are in.
And how everything is moving in the direction that it was originally meant to be, both as a collective, as a world, as a human race, and as each individual country throughout the planet, each individual race throughout the planet. And how the plan was to bring unity consciousness to the world. It is in that process, and how several hundred years ago the plan was put in place for a new Republic. A new vision of how things could be, and should be, and shall be. When your Declaration of Independence was declared, and the ensuing Constitution and Bill of Rights was put forth by those of the Founding Fathers of this nation, America, of the United States For America. United together as one we stand.
But as you all know, that was not to be, full realized until the vibrational frequency and consciousness raised to the point where it could become so. Those of the forces of darkness did everything that they could, and are continuing to do, to hold this process back., to hold the plan back, to keep the Republic from being realized. But alas, they have failed.
And they continue to fail. Because the collective consciousness of man is calling for a different outlook, a different outcome. People are tired of the old ways, of the old control. They have been saying, “Enough is enough!” Creator Him/Herself has said, “Enough is enough!”
And as a collective, you are all coming together in bringing ther vision, the dream forward. But not as a republic for just The United States For America, but a new Republic for the entire planet, for the entire race of man coming together as one, together in unity, and harmony, and oneness. Erasing forever more the idea of control, the idea of fear, the idea of hatred, and anger, and everything but oneness, of duality. For you are fast now moving forward into a new higher state of consciousness, a higher state moving toward the idea, and the ideal of oneness.
And what is oneness? It is beyond the wildest imagination that you could possibly have at this point. But embrace it. Embrace it for what it is, and what it can be in the times coming. You have reached the pinnacle, my friends.
Once you have reached the pinnacle, there is no going back. Or as Sananda said in a time just recently, “You have crossed the Rubicon,” and there is no returning back now, not for you as an individual, and not for you as a collective consciousness together. There is no going back. And only those that want to hold themselves back shall do so.
But in the awakening process, more and more are forging forth now, or as was said earlier in your discussion, ‘putting the pedal to the metal,’ and driving forward. Driving forward into the new higher existence, the new higher consciousness, the new higher level of oneness of being, of coming together with Source, the Creator Source within each and every one of you, and through the ascension process, and the very ideal of ascension itself.
This is the path that you are all on now. So continue to forge forth on that path, knowing that there is no going back, that there is only a path forward now. A timeline of your creation. The old timeline has now at this point been purged out, and only the embers remain of the old timeline. And the more that you envision it in this way, the more it shall be as a collective together as one.
Together we stand, divided we fall. But there is no more divided. There is only together as one.
All of my peace and love be with all of you as you continue in your own personal and individual way to forge forward through any darkness that still remains, and seek only to move forward through the light.

Om, mani, padme, hum; om, mani, padme, hum; om, mani, padme, hum; hum, hum. Greetings to you! One Who Serves here, and Shoshanna is here.
And we are ready to continue with this process, this program, this training that we have been doing with this group for some time now. And not only for this group, but to those who read and resonate to these words after in your internet, however it might come. We also know that these messages come on your YouTube and all of these different ways that these messages are going out to the general public to help to awaken so many more across the planet. And not only this group and these messages, but many other groups and many other individuals are coming forward with their messages of hope, and dreams being fulfilled. Because that is what is happening here.
That is the process: dreams being fulfilled, hope being realized. And not old fear, the old things that have held you back for so long in the idea of duality. Duality is over, my friends, if you believe it is over. That is the important thing. You believe it, and you shall see it. You have come to that more, and more, and more as individuals.
And if you do it as individuals, you create in the collective as well. Just as your purged in your guided meditation, you purged out the old selective consciousness in the quantum field, you are now moving forward into the new collective consciousness of your new creation.

Guest: I have a question.
OWS: Yes?
Guest: I was experiencing telepathy, and I’m sure many of my other friends are to, starting to do that. It’s not all the time; it’s occasionally. When it happens, it can be really awkward, because I hear their voice and I think they are talking to me, and I respond. Then I get a very funny look, you know, because people aren’t used to that. What I think is interesting, though, is that when I hear the thought, it comes to me and sounds like their voice to me. How in the world would I get that voice when it’s not coming out of their mouth and moving through their vocal cords? Does that make any sense? Does the spirit have a lot to do with what your voice sounds like?
OWS: We’re not quite understanding what exactly your question is here. Please be a little be more specific here.
Guest: Yeah. When I hear a thought from someone, whether they are intending for me to hear it as a thought or nor, it comes to be sounding like their voice. But when I hear the sound of their voice, I know it’s not going through their vocal cords.
OWS: Are you speaking of voice coming in your head from another person here, or from one of your guides coming to you?
Guest: From another person.
OWS: You are hearing them directly as a telepathic message, no?
Guest: Right. As a telepathic message. And it comes in as their voice.
OWS: Yes, because that is the way you know them. So it would certainly come to you in that respect.
But telepathy, as you are saying, is going to become more and more rampant throughout the planet as we continue to move through this ascension process. So it will not be so much as hearing their voice, but hearing their thoughts, you see.
Guest: yes. That’s what has occurred.
OWS: Yes. That is what is going to occur more and more often. As He said, “All of these things I do, so shall ye do also.” So telepathy, telekinesis, healing properties or being able to work with healing, all of these things are going to become a part of the expression of those who are ready to receive, or rather, to reactivate their spiritual gifts, you see? We would turn this over to Shoshanna, but she seems to be having trouble (coughing) with the voice or the voice box of the JoAnna here.
Guest: Yeah, I don’t want to bother her.
OWS: Would there be a response here, Shoshanna?
SHOSHANNA: (JoAnna’s Higher Self, channeled by JoAnna McConnell)

OWS: Yes.
Shoshanna: If we may, Dear Brother?
Guest: Okay. Yes.
Shoshanna: Dear Bother, as One Who Serves has already given, this is how you know who is speaking, by the sound of their voice, you see. So how would you know who is communicating with you unless you recognize their voice? So I would say, do not be shocked at the idea that another is communicating with you, you call it ‘in your head.’
The idea of telepathy, this is the way that all communication was given before you found your voice, you see. All the beings communicated this way, because then the communication was clear and concise, and not confused by a sound of a voice, you see. So you are just going back to your root. You are going back to what is normal, you see. Namaste.
OWS: And we add here, when you have contact with your brothers and sisters from the skies who are watching over all of this ascension process here, when you come in contact with them, they will likely be doing so in a telepathic manner. That is how you will learn to communicate with them as well.
Guest: Okay. Thank you.
OWS: Yes. We are ready for another question if there is one.
Guest: I have one. Can I talk?
OWS: Yes.
Guest: I know that the med-beds are being held off until disclosure, or until some type of event happens. But I’m just wondering what if any problems would happen if the med-beds were allowed to be used right now, as you can here by JoAnna’s coughing, and by my sinus infection, etc. It would benefit every single person on this planet. I’m just wondering why everything is being held off?
OWS: First of all, you have to understand that various technologies are not being held off. They are coming forward. Not little by little, but in leaps and bounds at this point, if you are searching for them. If you are looking in the allopathic world (allopathic medicine, the normal medical model, you see), if you are still doing that, then you will not find these new technologies.
But if you are looking for the alternative, they are there. And they are coming out more, and more, and more. As to the med-beds directly, they are there as well, not quite available yet, as you can tell. Because those of the forces of darkness are, yes indeed, holding them back, or rather those that would bring out the med-beds believe that the forces of darkness would hold them back, so therefore they continue to hold this technology back.
But as these new higher frequency technologies continue to come forward, it is undoubtable that the med-beds will be released.
Now, as to when exactly they will be released, we cannot say, but those that would release them must feel safe enough to be able to bring them forward, you see. So what it will take, we cannot directly say at this point. It may take a disclosure, as you are saying, it may take a mass arrest kind of scenario to take effect, or it might just continue to happen over not a long period of time, but a short period of time moving forward to bring these technologies forward, and to release all of the thousands of patents that have been held back from mankind. Shoshanna, do you have anything to add here?
Shoshanna: We do not.
OWS: Very good. Then we move on to another question if there is one.
Guest: We’ve seen, (again, this is kind of a perception), really in the first couple weeks of January we’ve seen quite a bit of activity on the Earth. Everything from earthquakes, Tsunami-like waves hitting the coast, really world-wide flooding. I never thought I’d see flooding in Saudi Arabia, but there is flooding in Saudi Arabia), lots of what appear to be Earth changes. My first part of the question is how much of that is HAARP driven, i.e., from the dark side. And here, in North America, probably the strongest polar vortex I’ve seen in many, many years. I mean, it looks like something out the movie, ‘The Day After Tomorrow’ as far as temperatures, and freezing, and it looks like an Ice Age is coming, if you look at it that way. But how much of that is Earth actually making changes? Because I feel like that is the former. And how much of that is being driven by the dark side being up against the ropes and hopefully not pushing every buttons on their weather modification weapons. That is my question.
OWS: We would say, isn’t that all ‘global warming?’
Guest: (Laughs) Sure!
OWS: Yes, of course, we jest here. Climate change, all of these things that are coming out that the forces of darkness, your cabal, the deep state, the Illuminati, whatever you want to call them have been pushing this idea of ‘climate change.’ And we would say what a ridiculous idea to put forth. But it is all about holding control, and bringing about their New World Order, and all of these kinds of things. But they continue to do what they can to utilize their weapons, we will say here, as HAARP is used as a weapon in this respect, and their earthquakes, and tornadoes, and hurricanes, and all of these things that they steer in various directions to create those earthquakes, and tsunamis, and floods, and all of these kinds of things, but it is going to be short-lived, we will say here. It is not going to continue very much longer, because those of the forces of light, or your White Hat Alliance, are in the process of taking over all of these, and taking the control away from them.
We cannot say more on this, or when this is exactly going to be. It is in the process of happening now in the background, just as they are clearing out all of the deep underground military bases, or what you call your ‘dumbs,’ and that is going to continue. Know that when they do clear out some of these deep underground bases, that is causing some of those earthquakes that occurred. They are at a certain level, you see. And that is now you can tell the difference between a mother Earth earthquake, and that which is generated by that HAARP technology, you see.
So, we cannot say directly percentage wise which are which here, whether the various Earth changes are happening because of Mother Earth cleansing herself, or whether it is HAARP related. But know that the HAARP related part of all this is coming closer and closer to being put to an end here. That is what we can say. Shoshanna, do you have anything to add here?

Guest: Absolutely.
Shoshanna: Dear Brother, it is amusing to watch how these dark ones are attempting to control the weather. This is not controllable. This is not a thing that they can control. So what they do, is they test here, they test here, they try here, they try there. And they are failing. They are failing to capture the idea of control, you see, because there are too many things that are fighting back that ar normal.
The planet itself understands this, and fights back against these things, you see. They cannot ever truly control this. They try. They try to frighten you. They try to create a tsunami here, an earthquake there, a fire here, a this, that, and the other, and it is all just a few things here, a few things there so that the picture looks as if they are in control, but they are not, you see. They are just attempting to try this, try that, this and that, this and that, and it is not working, and they know it. They try so hard. They try so hard to turn the dial up, to try again, to try again, and they cannot, you see. It is frustrating for them. So it is much of the dark cabal’s attempting to control something that is not within their control, you see. That is why they fail, and that is why it will be finished, you see. Namaste.

Guest: Yes. And thank you for answering the part about Mother Earth fighting back, because that was actually a third question in relation. She should have control of her own weather. And does she actually off-set or counter with man some of what they are trying to do.
Shoshanna: Yes, of course.

OWS: Yes?
Guest: You might have gone through it already in the past, but I just want to know, since we’re going to do a lot of disclosure of other ships in the air and all the activities of the extraterrestrials, is there any danger the dark forces using Project Blue Beam as a counter to that?
OWS: Yes. This certainly has been asked before and answered, but we will do so as we can again here. The Project Blue Beam is a plan that those of the forces of darkness have had for quite some time. And they have been moving in that direction to be able to utilize it. But it has always been what you would consider a final plan for them, the last attempt to hold onto control, to bring about fear across the planet, and they would swoop in at the last minute and save the planet, and therefore continue to hold control on the people, because they saved the people, you see. But this is not to be allowed by those of your brothers and sisters from the sky. They have known about this plan for some time, and they are ready to step in if it would ever be utilized in this way. Imagine if they attempted to utilize this process and created a ship in the sky, and this battle going on, and al of this, and then the real ones come in and show themselves! You see, this would be an opportunity for the real ones to come in, and exactly that, show themselves. So this is why they have held back from doing this project Blue Beam, because they do not want to hasten disclosure happening here. Shoshanna, do you have anything to add?

Guest: Yes, please.
Shoshanna: There is one thing that often is not really discussed or spoken about, but they are running out of money. They do not have the resources to pull off what they originally wished to pull off. They are broke. They are unable to foist upon the world any new technology that takes a large sum of money, you see, because they do not have it. That is why there are people making speeches now. They are speaking into microphones. They are attempting in every way to create fear, to create a wave of fear across your planet, because that is the only power that they have over you. They no longer have the resources. Namaste.
OWS: Yes. We would add here, even though it appears to be different than this to the average person out there that believes that the cabal, the deep state, has control, and money, and all of these things, they do not because the quantum financial system is in place. It has not been rolled out, as you might say here yet, but it is in place. And it has, we will say here, decapitated the old financial system from being able to continue on here. You will see that in the very near future, as we are beginning to ascertain here. We are ready for the next question, if there is one, and then we need to release channel.
Guest: In Los Angeles, we have been experiencing daily chem-trails. When this occurs, I call on the Ashtar Command brothers and sisters to help, and I was wondering if that was having any effect. When we call and request for their assistance. I didn’t feel affected by the chem-trails, but I was most concerned about my other brothers and sisters. Has this had any effect? Also, I’ve noticed that they also do a lot of chem-trails wherever there are Lightworkers geographically located in that area. Is that because they are tracking the Lightworkers because of their light? And are we having any effect by calling on our Ashtar Command brothers and sisters to help? Thank you.
OWS: As was given in your earlier discussion by the ones who brought up the idea of changing what they see and creating a new timeline for herself in this respect, all of you that have the eyes to see are able to do the same thing. So you do not need to be concerned about these chem-trails, as they are well in control for those who are ready to move forward into the new higher consciousness timeline. They will not have an effect on you at all, you see. It will only affect, and continue to affect those that are in the old timeline, and continue to move in that direction. And then there are those that are in the middle; those who are not yet awakened, but are moving in that direction, you see. And they at some time will also move into the new timeline, as they are ready to do so. And those chem-trails will not affect them as well. They will only affect those who believe it affects, you see? Shoshanna, do you have anything to add?
Shoshanna: Well, we can add here. We can give a perspective, Dear Brother, if we may?
Guest: Yes, please. Thank you.
Shoshanna: Dear Brother, it is interesting to us that you ask if your prayer, if you are beseeching these higher ones is making a difference. And we will tell you that the request that you must make here, if you wish to make a difference, is for them to show you how to empower yourself, you see. You are here on this planet, you are part of this planet, your body is part of this planet, your consciousness is part of this planet, so therefore you are the one, as well as all of the collective are the one, that must make the change, you see. So we would say that your request of these higher beings could be more favorable if you said, “Please give me the eyes to see things differently, the ears to hear things differently, the divine wisdom, the consciousness to transmute that which I see to make the change for myself and for others within myself,” you see. And that is the more powerful way to approach this. Namaste.
OWS: And we would say here also, always remember that as you continue to keep your vibrational frequency high, and your body and everything in balance, then you will not be affected by these chem-trails, you will not be affected by disease or sickness, or any kind of ill health type of situation, if you keep the balance. It is when one moves out of balance that the old programming tends to come in, and various things, of course, hold you to that old programming. But the more that you move away from it, the more you continue to raise your vibrational frequency in your body and bring your body, all of your bodies, into balance, then you have nothing to be concerned about here.
Guest: Thank you. If I may ask for one more clarification, I think several of us realize that yes, we can protect ourselves by gaining high vibration from all the storm that is around us, but what about others? What about innocent people that haven’t gotten there? What about the children? What about the animals? And so that is the main aspect of my question: when we see it, even though it is not affecting us, what can we do to stop it so that others are not affected? Because it is a daily thing, and they have been quite, quite aggressive lately.
OWS: You can pray for them. You can send light to them and surround them with light. But beyond that, you can do nothing. You cannot change anything for them. You can only assist and guide. Just as we assist and guide you, but cannot change you, you see? Just the same.

Shoshanna: We would say that each one that listens to all that has been shared on this call, take this to heart, you see. There have been many nuggets of wisdom on this call about how to raise yourself, how to help the collective. This one who asked the question, “How can we help?” The only way to help is, as has been given, is to raise your own vibration, and to be the influence that you are meant to be, because that changes the vibration of the collective. It is not about changing things, one thing at a time. It is about frequency. It is about raising your own, and that that will affect all those around you. Namaste.
OWS: Very good. And we just say, remember always that everything is vibration and consciousness. And if you remember that, then you have no reason to think other than that as far as going back into the old programming. Just know that as you raise your vibration, you raise your consciousness. As you raise your consciousness, you raise your vibration, and so on, and so on, and so on. And eventually you have raised your vibration and consciousness into the fifth-dimensional consciousness.
