25 Years
In March of 1997, the first Kryon Marshmallow Message hit the internet. There were 12 people on the list from the US and Canada. At the time, there was only kryon dot org. The kryon.com pages came later. I hoped that people would enjoy reading small excerpts from the Kryon Writings, so I started sending the Marshmallow Messages.
The idea was a hit.
Now there are approximately 160,000 Kryon followers in more than 100 countries receiving the Marshmallow Messages each time. What is that in percentage growth? The mind boggles.
The Marshmallow Messages are found by fanning the pages of one of nineteen Kryon or Kryon inspired books and stopping at a point directed by my intuition. Almost always, the Marshmallow Message is discovered on one of the two pages opened at that point. Lee/Kryon created the Marshmallow Messages. My job is to let Spirit assist me in locating appropriate and timely messages for the Kryon family.
It is not very surprising that I often receive an email from someone who asks how I was able to find exactly what they needed to hear that day. The Marshmallow Messages are for all of us. When I open the book to the guided page, many times I feel the same way; the chosen Marshmallow Message speaks to me directly.
For the last 25 years, the Marshmallow Messages have been here to support you. These Marshmallow Messages are telling you that you are honored for being on your path and doing the work. The Marshmallow Messages are here to applaud you and be supportive to you when your intent is given.

The Fountain of Youth
Now it is time to find the fountain of youth. It’s in there, you know [Lee touches his heart]. Oh, we told you, it’s in there. Don’t be surprised if you find the new water cures having something to do with it. Perhaps that’s why it was called a fountain? It is coming.
You will see what I mean. You’ve asked for it, dear ones.
All we can do is celebrate as this entourage withdraws from this room. We have spent more time celebrating than anything else this day. For the Human family has allowed this now—allowing us to come and share this time with you.
It is time to see those around you. They are showing themselves now. We want you to be aware of whom we all are in this room and reading this. We want you to be aware that this is not an exercise.
We wanted you to know, so you could leave this place and say, “Today, I felt the touch of God.”
