When you understand the power of thought
you will pay attention
to what verses you subscribe to.
Before you can eradicate fear
you must come into close contact
In simple language
you must learn to no longer
be afraid of the fear.
That which is avoided at all costs
cannot be dismantled.
Become interested in your patterns
your habits of thought.
What are you allowing to dictate your very existence.
