It is best to truly keep the focus on the inner you - the inner Source Self within, and to truly anchor deeply within the truth of your soul and the Divinity within.
Do not allow the outside to distract, to dictate, to disturb the inner equilibrium, no matter what may seemingly play out in and around you.
It when one is totally present and totally anchored, that one then becomes the still point within the hurricane, the still point within whatever is playing out, outside.
I was told years ago, that all will need to disintegrate of the old as the vibrational frequency rises and the dimensional shifts occur. The old dense energy of the 3D, cannot hold form in the higher dimensional state. Thus all is being churned up, exposed, and thus brought to the surface now. It has always been there, but now it being brought into the spotlight.
What happens if the spotlight is suddenly shone, is that the blinding effect is too strong for some as they cannot handle the exposure, they run for cover.
Let this not be the case with you.
Rather allow the light to shine ever brighter, as you shine within.
Allow the heart center to fully open and move totally into your highest soul self and stand in the fullness of your own I AM Power.
Whenever you feel pulled into the old again, stop the bus right there. Immediately seek to anchor yourself again in the fullness of Being, the highest Truth within, and rise above it.
That is the only way you are going to be able to navigate the immense chaos which will be adding momentum in the next few months and years. Yet the chaos is illusionary. It is the last vestiges of once was, playing itself out in holographic form. In truth it does not exist anymore.
The Highest Soul Self is truthfully guiding you, into the ultimate State of Source Self, fully empowered, and fully present and thus totally anchored in All-That-Is.
