focus on the piece of Appreciation.
Why is Appreciation so important?
As you go throughout your day, you are having experiences that cause you to desire a new reality.
Sometimes you are refining more of what you want, by looking at what you don't want.
A new desire is born.
This desire is part of creation.
It is the driving force that instantly creates a New Reality of what
you want.
At the beginning, this new reality is still outside of your experience.
So, how to bring this new reality "into" your experience?
When you begin to focus your attention on the experiences that you appreciate in this Now Moment, you are beginning to align yourself
with the vibrational frequencies of the new reality that is still outside of your experience.
The more you appreciate, the more you align with it.
Your appreciation doesn't have to relate directly with the contents
of your new reality.
Simply appreciate anything that comes easily into your awareness.
Savor every small and big thing that you appreciate and soon enough, you will have created a powerful momentum that will then merge your experience with your new desired reality.
You are the creator of your reality.
Every moment of your life.
